On our approx. 2000 m² property there are 2 apartments. The roof areas are well insulated from the inside and outside. The apartment is cozy and quiet. All rooms have windows. A car parking space is available on the premises for the apartment. For possibly several cars or vans, there is free public parking nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

Guest in a shared space

The warm season is finally back! The wagon stands on the edge of the forest with views of hilly meadows. The birds chirp you early in the morning and the forest lake calls for the morning bath (12 min walk). The car is protected from the sun in the shade of the trees. You will sit on the terrace all day, make bonfires and chill – and in the evening heat up your sauna! Since the civilization is far away, go shopping beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

Our feel-good apartment is in Radebeul in an absolutely dream location with an incomparable view over Dresden and the Elbe valley. The vineyard (paradise mountain), the wine taverns as well as cycling and hiking trails are right on our doorstep. A spacious sauna and the use of a heated outdoor pool are available to our guests as a special highlight. The city of Dresden can be reached by car in 10 minutes. The Elbe cycle path is 15 minutes away by bike.

The old wash house of our villa from 1900 is located in the green. It has been modernly renovated as a bright studio house with a gallery. Whether by car, by public transport or by bike, our house is easily accessible. Also from the Elb biking trail, it is only a small detour. 120 years old secession vila. Full of antiques and tales. Out of city rush. Regular cleaning and disinfection. Private sauna in the house. Close to Děčín, Sněžník, Tiske stěny, Hřensko. You can have a coffee in our tower:)! You can use a garden with trampoline as well. Excellent pub nearby:) Open water swimming pool 100m far. Fireplace in the livingroom. Barbecue set in the garden.
