This was an amazing place. I stayed here for a retreat since it was my girlfriend's birthday month, and it did not disappoint. It was in the middle of downtown Sukhumvit (Phrom Phong area), so you already know it's in the heart of all the action and buzz. I usually stay in Sukhumvit 33, so I'm already familiar with the area. The apartment was beautiful -- stylish, modern and minimalistic. We adored the Japanese influenced bathroom complete with an wooden onsen tub. Plenty of space, with the living room great for chilling or even working. There's a desk in the bedroom too to do some work. Very functional kitchen as well -- fully equipped and stocked. I managed to make a multi-coursed steak dinner for my girlfriend, and we even some more meals. Niki was also a super friendly and responsive host, she honestly made me feel like a friend, and were her employees, like Auntie Toy. Honestly, this place is amazing, and the best way to say it is I'm awaiting my next stay already.

Very nice place in a quiet area. There are also really good restaurants near by. We recommend the soufflé restaurant. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Definitely recommend:)

As always everything is perfect

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

Great location, less than 5 minutes to the BTS. There are lots of hotels within the area so ensure your driver stops at the Trinity Complex, not at Trinity Silom. Great skyline day and night time view.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Benny was attentive, helpful, and kind—regularly checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, with so many great local food options just steps away, and being right next to the BTS made getting around the city super convenient. The swimming pool was beautiful and a great spot to relax, and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Super loved our 6 day stay at JJ Suites! The unit was way more spacious than we expected. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Big plus for the complimentary box too! The location couldn’t be more perfect, it was super convenient! No regrets.

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

I originally planned to stay just one night at Jay’s place but ended up booking two extra nights—that’s how great it was! The room was clean, bright, and spacious, with lovely amenities that matched the photos exactly. It’s about a 15ish minute walk to the BTS which was not too bad. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb is in a fantastic location—just outside the city center but easily accessible, with a metro station nearby. Having the night market right across the street is incredibly convenient. Fantastic location out of the heart of Bangkok. Santi was extremely informative and responsive. Spectacular pool over looking the city. Tranquil roof garden area, perfect to watch the sun rise and meditate. Close to amenities with KFC at the base of the building. Balcony small but perfect for sunset watching. This little beauty has everything yourlooking for Air con in lounge and bedroom. Honestly I would live there.🫶

My month-long stay at BeeBee was fabulous! The functional apartment, clean, well decorated and perfectly furnished is in a modern building, clean, secure and perfectly equipped! The accommodation is a short walk from the Metro, making it easy to get around. BeeBee was always very responsive and gave me all the information I needed. It's an apartment that I would recommend and where I think I'll go back on other stays in Bangkok!

I Had a wonderful time. I felt so secure and at peace since I was not in a high rise apartment. The gym and the pool were just outside the condo which was very convenient. The facilities were all well equipped enjoyed the Sauna and the steam room too. Always available, very few people using it so no waiting, same with the pool. The room, kitchen and toilet all very clean and convenient for one or two person the size is comfortable. The bed is also quite big. I had a great time. The host was also always so helpful with tips/ recommendations and suggestions for me. Good and pleasant walk to MRT. 2 number of 7-11 just outside the condo which made life so much easier. Over all a wonderful place to stay, I wished I stayed longer.

Friendly host and helpful, great location 5 mins walk to Central mall and MRT or Shopper Mall at the bottom of the building lots of restaurants and Top supermarket. Also 2 swimming pools big and small, we spent hours on smaller pool very peaceful and quiet.
