Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Our cottages Pears and Lavender are located just a 2 minute walk from the centre of our fantastic village of Beckington. The house looks over fields and countryside yet only 12 miles from Bath and 3 miles from the very cool town of Frome. We have a farm shop and cafe right on your doorstep as well as two great pubs. all perfect for your stay so you can enjoy country walks, log fires. We welcome well-behaved dogs, not suitable for 2 dogs, please provide further advice on breed when booking.

Great base for Bath - a short car or train journey away. Loads of walks, beautiful countryside and close to Longleat ( 7 miles). Simple, cosy space. Perfect for a couple looking to get away from all things busy...

A gorgeous and spacious double room annexe, with en suite bathroom, private entrance through french windows and facilities for simple cooking (microwave/toaster). A portion of the front garden, with table and chair, is entirely for guests' use. The room sits at the end of a detached period cottage, once an old weaver's cottage in the 17th century, overlooking the Longleat estate and thus beautiful views. There is free off-road parking and only a few miles to Frome or Warminster.

The Coach House, unique country cottage, Somerset

Relax in our countryside cottage surrounded by gardens and fields. The coach house is in the grounds of Grade 2 listed old rectory but is entirely detached and private from the main house.
