Just 100 meters from the beautiful Diemelsee is our great vacation home in a beautiful secluded location. The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

Forest bathing in the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park

Nature "pure" in the National Park Kellerwald/Edersee. Our house is ideally located to explore the beautiful, romantic cellar forest by bike or on foot. Passing by the "Quernst-Kirche", you walk on well-marked paths down to the Edersee. "Forest" and "Lake" Bathing, sunbathing, sports (equestrian center about 200 m) and admire the nightly starry sky. We don't need more to just breathe and feel ourselves and the world all over again... maybe other people will feel the same way!

The small single standing holiday home "Henneglück" is located in a holiday park on the southern slope of Lake Hennese in a quiet location with impressive distant views. Up to 6 people can comfortably spend relaxing days in three bedrooms. The bathroom as well as the entire 42m² holiday home have been extensively renovated in 2019 and offer a feel-good atmosphere like at home. The garden invites you to linger in green nature and the lake is only 300m away.

Via a small side exit you can reach the footpath to the bathing bay on the shore of the lake in less than 1 min. The cottage offers an absolutely quiet and private atmosphere. From here you can plan great bike rides or hikes or you can enjoy the absolute idyll and the sparkling lake from the garden & balcony.

The Sauerland with its many leisure activities is worth a trip in every season. The Sauerland, with its varied landscape, is a great attraction for young and old. The wide range of leisure and recreational opportunities offers plenty of variety for every guest in the spring and summer. During the winter months, Sauerland is the largest ski resort north of the Alps with numerous lifts .illingen and Winterberg are each about 30 minutes away.
