Holiday rentals with a patio in Dich Vong

The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

I really liked this place. Perfect for your kind and clean room:) The specialty kitchen and everything were new and clean, so it even made me feel good when cooking! And the bathroom was really clean. It was clean without any mold marks, and as soon as I went in, it smelled good, so I felt good. The bedding was fluffy without any dust, so I got a good night's sleep. We keep an eye on you for running such a great listing! I will use it often the next time I visit Hanoi. I'll see you next time 🥰

Nhung was an excellent host, incredibly welcoming, attentive, professional and always ready to help. She speaks very good English, which made communication very easy. The room was well equipped with everything needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and despite being close to a busy road, the room remained quiet and peaceful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay!! I was in Hanoi for 7 weeks and this apartment was perfect, cleaned every couple of days if required, great location for all amenities.

A very well-located apartment in the center of Hanoi. The host is very flexible and responds quickly to messages. Although the apartment is in the center, it is so hidden that you can not hear the hustle and bustle of the city. You can sleep peacefully without the sound of horns or music from pubs in the area. We highly recommend this place and if we visit Hanoi we will gladly use this accommodation again.

Great Airbnb in a lovely neighborhood of Hanoi. Very close to the main areas, but peaceful for Hanoi. I would highly recommend this traditional, Vietnamese house.

We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Fantastic 5/5 Airbnb! Spacious room, beautiful decor, cold air conditioning, and close to many restaurants/cafes. The best part of our stay was receiving assistance from Ms. Huong though! She was so helpful and friendly and she saved us a lot of time by helping with certain tasks. She always welcomed us upon our return and she left us hand written notes daily. They could easily charge for her services, but surprisingly everything she did was included in our stay. 5/5 Airbnb, 100/5 for Ms. Huong!

Diep’s home was a great stay! Nestled away near the Opera House, it was beautiful and a great location. All of the amenities were accurate. It allowed for us to access the different attractions around Hanoi. We really appreciate the services provided like arranging both a car pickup and drop off at the airport. It was assigned to a different accommodation from the photos, and the first cleaning was not good, but the response was great, so it was a comfortable trip during my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Helen’s place in Hanoi! The apartment was clean, complete with everything I needed, and incredibly comfortable — a perfect home base for exploring the city. Helen was an amazing host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with great local tips. Me and my Highschool friends truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hanoi!

The host is super responsive. My flight kept getting delayed and he was available to receive us even though we got there very late. The place is very nice and spacious and close to downtown Hanoi. Within a 20 minute taxi ride. The apartment is really large and has all thelisted amenities. If I go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed for 3 weeks. It was a second Korean village apartment in Midding, so I could see dozens of Koreans every day, and the security of the building was thorough. There were convenience stores, pharmacies, Korean restaurants, and Korean supermarkets on the first floor of the building, and there were Korean laundry, Korean night restaurants, Korean bakeries, Saemaeul Restaurant, Hong Kong Spot, Dukki Tteokbokki, Heidi Lao, and Korean butcher shop in the complex, so it was like living in Korea. The apartments in Ho Chi Minh City had a lot of noise between the walls, but it was quiet between floors and walls, and there was a lake in the picture, so the view from the house was good, and it was good to go out and run. Midding is very close, and it was convenient to be able to move to Hoan Kiem or Lotte Mart for 3-4,000 won by Uber. The only drawback was that it was under a dozen or so soccer fields, so the only downside was that people playing soccer until late every day were a bit noisy. I intend to revisit very high.
