The home is beautiful, located in a quiet area, however if it is on the 2nd floor, it is a bit noisy. The pillow cases were lumpy, despite changing the other one there was still lumpiness. If the home has a full-body mirror, great.

Even before booking, the host was incredibly helpful, they sent over a detailed video tour and additional photos since the unit was newly listed, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! Bright, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The host was also very accommodating and responsive, providing extra items I requested like a clothes iron and cleaning supplies. Everything was ready and set up upon arrival. The cleaning staff were also very friendly. The space itself was perfect for working remotely, with good natural light, a comfortable workspace, and beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunset. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a quiet, cozy, and elegant place to stay in Hanoi. Would definitely come back!

The airbnb was really cosy and comfy. My friends and I had such a fun time there , it felt a little like home for us.

I stayed at this place for two weeks and really enjoyed my time here. The kitchen is well-equipped, which made it easy to cook for myself. It's conveniently located near the Japanese supermarket Tomibun, where you can find all your daily essentials. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and the host arranges a weekly cleaning service, which is a great bonus. I also appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer—your clothes come out nearly dry and fresh every time. The rental price is definitely worth it for the quality and service provided. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high-quality living experience in Hanoi.

Such a nice, modern, clean apartment full of nature light and breeze & of course fully furnished. Good location. Easy to go around & find good eateries, especially for Japanese and Vietnamese F&B. The host is helpful and hospitable. Truly worth staying experiencing local nightlife.

The apartment building is highly regarded and conveniently located near the highway. While the property includes a swimming pool, as noted, there is an additional fee to use it. I mistakenly assumed it was managed by the same agency, but clearer communication on this point would have been helpful. Otherwise, I found the property to be excellent and beautifully maintained. The host was responsive and provided prompt assistance.

This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

The room is easy to find, there is an elevator, access with an automatic password. The inside is clean and comfortable, the room is a bit small but very full of electrical equipment.

I would definitely recommend this apartment. It is located in a nice building centrally located in Ho Tay. There are lots of good food options nearby. The apartment is clean, has modern furnishings, and Duc is a response, kind host. The only draw back is that there is some noise from the street nearby at night, but it was not enough to affect my sleep. I slept like a baby. The bed is also very comfortable. I will likely stay here again. 5/5 :)

I loved my stay at Ha’s listing in The Urban Westlake! Though it was a bit hard getting to the third floor with my luggage, the stairs were worth it! The room, decor, window view & it’s great location were definitely the highlight of my experience!

It is ver near My Dinh, Hanoi. Lots of Korean restarants and shops are within 5 minute by walk. Great city view if you stay 15th floor and above, especially at night. The rooms, the kitchen, and the toliets are clean and well managed. Free Wi-fi and TV. You can watch Netflix or Youtube during your stay.

An excellent place to stay in the heart of the French quarter in Hanoi. We loved it and would book again in a heartbeat. Beautiful, clean apartment and walkable to so many sites!

This location was a gem to find within the city. Upon arrival I was stunned and had to send a message regarding the beauty of the design. Quite unique and comfortable. The balcony was surely a beautiful addition I’ve never seen before. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wooden bathtub - amazing, the kitchen was equipped with needed essentials, just overall I enjoyed the stay and was amazed at the design.

Great place to stay!! I was in Hanoi for 7 weeks and this apartment was perfect, cleaned every couple of days if required, great location for all amenities.

Great location, close to train street and a lot of shops. The street was relatively quiet with one big restaurant at the end of the street which was very convenient on our first night. Room was modern and clean. The Airbnb Host also organised an airport pick-up for us that was seamless. The accommodation also had a 24/7 concierge which was very helpful. 10/10 would stay there again.
