The surrounding environment is large, the flowers and fruit trees in the yard are very beautiful, which makes people feel very comfortable, recommended.

It was a lovely house to stay in! Elma sent some really helpful videos on how to get into the building which made this airbnb the easiest to locate and get into on our whole trip. The inside was lovely and was so big and it was just beautiful. Our group loved it.

The apartment is 100% new and the most comfortable I have ever visited. My sensation was amazing, just like being at home. Everything is functional, the bed is very comfortable, and the sofa as well. You can see all the attention to detail. A very big TV and a very quiet area during the night. All parking spots are free, but you have to search a bit—however, it’s not hard to find one. For sure, I will return to this apartment the next time I visit Tirana. See you, Soela. Thank you!

Really lovely Airbnb, in a very good spot in the city

April 2025 is my second time staying at AMA's flats. Really love them! The buildings and the flats are newly constructed. The apartments are nicely designed and furnished and there is everything someone needs for the stay. The are where the flat is located is close to supermarkets, nice restaurants, cafes and also walking distance to the city centre. Aba, the host is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely choose the place again when I go back to Tirana. :)

Only stayed for one night at this apartment. but very good conditions and well-equiped. We all slept very well, since it has great blinds and mattresses. Julian was very responsive and available, helping us parking the car and solving any issues. The two only downsides were lack of microwave and Julian asks a too early check-out (10h). Overall, it was a very good stay.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. We were four people and stayed very comfortably. Our main expectation was to have a safe and comfortable place to sleep — and this apartment exceeded that. The location is within walking distance to the main square, and there was a 24/7 big market nearby, which was super convenient. Although we arrived at 3 AM, everything went smoothly. Our host was very helpful and responsive — communication was easy and fast. We truly appreciated the hospitality!

The flat was clean and modern. It looks way better if you visit in person. The space is big enough for a couple. Quite a relaxing environment to be in. Is near bus stations and taxis can pick you up easily. Also, super convenient as you have pretty much all the necessary shops around. You can reach central in about 10 mins by bus. I highly recommend it!

Apartment is brand new and spotless. Nice and sunny balcony and everything you need is there. You walk in 10-15 minutes to the S. Square. If you come by car than I advise you to make specific agreements about where to park.

We were very happy with Gerta and the apartment. Everything worked. We could take hot showers without losing hot water. We loved the clothes dryer. Bus stops were all around, or we could walk to our destination. We felt safe being out, even at night. The view from the window was exciting: to the mountains, the city life, and the sunsets!
