Beautiful 1913 4 bedroom 2 bath home with original woodwork just 12 miles (about 15 -20 minutes) from the Mayo Clinic and less than 10 minutes to the airport. The home backs up to a park with both trails and playground equipment. There is on and off street parking and from Nov 15 - March 15 includes 1 garage space. Fully furnished home with complete kitchen, bedding and towels. Main floor bathroom has a seated shower with handheld. I will provide a Mayo Clinic parking pass upon request.

Convenient 4 bedroom /4 bath in a super nice and quiet neighborhood at a cu de sac just minutes to shops, grocery stores, a movie theater, downtown and Mayo Clinic. Beautiful kitchen with two dining areas. Really nice washer/dryer set that sits on the main level for your convenience. Enjoy huge downstairs full of games including pool table/ping pong, air hockey, foosball and cards. Really nice study/office spaces with large desks.
