The cottage has one underground and one above-ground floor. It is located in beautiful natural surroundings 3 km from the historic city center. From the cottage there is a cycling trail to the city. There is a narrow steeper road to the cottage, accessible by car. There are three parking spaces. The land overlooks Austria, in ideal weather you can see the Alps. In the accommodation is the possibility to use the outdoor grill and seating. In case of cold weather, the possibility to heat the rooms with an electric radiator and wood stove.
