Private Estate “De Kleikamp” with swimmingpool

This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. We hope you will feel at home and love the house as much as we do!

Semi-detached, Spacious Garden, City

This spacious corner house is located on the outskirts of the neighborhood. From the spacious garden, unobstructed views of the soccer field and the basketball court in the back of the house. The trampoline in the garden and the playground equipment next to the football field give children ample opportunity to enjoy themselves outside. The rabbits and guinea pigs sit outside in their pens and you can use the vegetables in the garden. Due to its convenient location, you can get anywhere. City, and green within cycling distance. Bicycles are available.

Cozy home close to Deventer city center

Our house is in the nice, quiet neighborhood De Worp. Close to the historic center of Deventer with nice restaurants, theaters, shops and attractions. With a walk through the oldest city park in the Netherlands and a ferry crossing over the beautiful IJssel, you are in the middle of the city center with a fifteen-minute walk. The trip with the ferry still gives us a holiday feeling. You will enjoy the cozy house, the garden, the beautiful surroundings and the cozy city of Deventer.

National monument from 1621

Always wanted to stay in one of the oldest houses of Deventer? Fortunately, in my fairytale house (a national monument from 1621), there is still much of the history in tact; the high anteroom, the low old first floor (beware of your head) and the beautiful niches. Parts of the house are even from the 14th century and have survived the great city fire in that century. The house is located on a quiet street a stone's throw from IJssel and the best restaurants that Deventer owns.

De Steerne, nice place on the Overijssels canal.

Wonderful place to enjoy the peace and nature. Beautiful area for cycling and walking tours. Located on the Marskramerpad. The house is fully equipped and has its own driveway with ample parking. Beds are made upon arrival, hand towels are provided. Storage room available for stables of cycling and charging. 7 km away is the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer, known from Dickens Festijn, Deventer on Stelten and the book market. The Salland village of Raalte is 12 km away.

Atmospheric, modern detached villa (240 m2) in a street that opens into a park. An oasis of peace and yet you are in the historic center of Deventer in ten minutes by bike. In the large sunny backyard are several terraces, one of which is covered (adjacent to the living room). The house has a large living room (45 m2), dining kitchen, three bedrooms and a separate dressing room with ironing facilities. Private parking for several cars. Garden furniture and bbq available.

Our farmhouse is situated in Dijkerhoek (Holten) in The Netherlands. We live close to National Park Sallandse Heuvelrug and the beautiful city of Deventer. The front part of our farmhouse, the 'voorhuis' is available for guests. Dijkerhoek is a small village, proud of its mill 'De Hegeman'. The farmhouse is surrounded by meadows and small countryroads that are perfect for hours of bicycling or walking. You can use our bicycles.

Nice cottage in Deventer a stone's throw away from the park and the IJssel. Within 10 minutes cycling you are in the city center, but you can also walk by leg wagon along the IJssel towards the city. You are also welcome here with your four-legged friend (there are several dog-free walking areas nearby). You can park your car for free in front of the door. Wonderful place to discover the beautiful city center of Deventer!
