Without land, it nevertheless benefits from a prime location less than 50 m from the communal fishing pond and the services of the neighboring campsite (e.g. emptying for motorhomes). "Les Charmettes" is an annex of the main house but retains its full autonomy. Its entrance and private garden offer optimal privacy. Just 25 minutes from Moulins or Vichy, 19 minutes from Charroux (ancient city classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France), 40 minutes from the "Le Pal" amusement and animal park. Great stay!
