Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

Talals place was a nice stay for our short trip. Only a 10 minute walk to the Metro made things very easy for us.

I had a lovely stay at this place. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and as described. Ms. Milka is a very welcoming, kind and respectful person. She really knows how to put people at ease and makes herself available if you need anything. It feels like home right away. Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness. I recommend this accommodation 100% and I will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises!

Astrid's apartment is impeccable, completely refurbished, in an extremely quiet neighborhood (we didn't hear any noise), very courteous and charming neighbors… We slept very well, the accommodation is functional and very tasteful (which doesn't spoil anything and everything was very clean. The view is just incredible although a little far from Paris, even if it is obviously well connected... Impeccable for a tourist stay where you take your time. Astri was very proactive, her indications were very clear and received in a timely manner. Thank you again Astrid… Like the previous comments: you can go there with your eyes closed!!!

We spent a few wonderful days in this apartment and can only highly recommend it! The accommodation was very clean, modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need - from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy bed. The host was very friendly, helpful and available at all times. Overall, a completely successful break - we will be happy to come back!

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Everything was as described. 7-minute walk from a subway entrance. Very quiet, easy to access and safe. Beautiful terrace. We don't miss anything. There is even an iPad to explain the entire accommodation and give information about the neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

It's always a pleasure to return to Sandra's. Very clean studio, well-equipped, good location. Parking space is very nice. Sandra is very responsive and does everything to make your stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this studio.

It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.
