It was a lovely home. Beautiful backyard and lanai. I wished there was coffee available bring your own k-cups ☕️

Melissa's listing was very nice and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the ceiling fans worked great. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had good water pressure. There was lots to do in Venice and a drive to Sarasota was at most an hour. It was also nice that beach items were supplied, such as chairs, umbrella, coolers, etc. The house was also in a quiet neighborhood and we felt safe at all times. I would definitely recommend to others!

This was our second wonderful stay at this property. We hope it is available for our future stays. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and helpful.

My family and I stayed at Annette’s and it was perfect for our weekend stay. The yard is big for the dogs to run around in. It was SO CLEAN! It had everything we needed and beautifully decorated. Books, board games, lots of TV’s, toiletries, everything you would need. We truly enjoyed our stay. Greatest host ever! We might have to come back to town soon, and will definitely be staying there.

Perfection! Had an absolute blast and time to relax. The Cottage was even better than advertised. Clean, quaint, cozy, everything we needed. Aaron was responsive, friendly, and helpful. Host had much needed chilled wine and snacks upon arrival. There is also a “book” of suggested restaurants, shops, and activities, which we did several of and were not disappointed. Already looking at book g again…. We did not want to leave.

We only stayed here to sleep one night between jobs for work and it served that purpose well. The beds were comfortable and there were blackout curtains in each room, which was extremely appreciated. We liked the split floor plan with the kitchen smack in the middle of the house with access from both sides. Very nice for having privacy between rooms. The only thing I would mention is that there is a noticeable smell upon entering. I’m almost certain that a former smoker lived here and that smell is just in the walls and ducts. I am 7 months pregnant and sensitive to smells, so that was a little tough for me and was even noticed by my husband and our friend as well. I was surprised none of the reviews mentioned that. If you’re sensitive to former smoke smell, this may not be the place for you. However, in spite of all this, I do feel the home is a great value for the nightly rate and we had a positive experience during our short time there.

Spacious, clean and comfortable with all the basics you could need for a short stay. Having the pool was the best part. There were plenty of options for entertainment in the house if the weather was sour. Just an hour or less to endless locations for great food and entertainment. I did not get to use the bikes but they looked so inviting and the neighborhood is quiet and nice... Would have been perfect for a ride around. I will definitely be checking availability when I'm visiting the area again. The host was friendly and available... Even though we didn't need anything. What a great way to get away.

Inessa’s home in North Port was absolutely stunning! The house was pristine, with a quaint and beautiful layout, spotlessly clean. The pool was a magnificent highlight, and the home was well-equipped with plenty of towels, washcloths, coffee, tea, silverware, dishware, and cooking utensils. They even left water in the fridge for us! The king-size bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making our stay even better. Shops were close by, and Inessa was super responsive and easy to reach. We highly recommend this gem if you’re looking for something very nice and cozy! First of all we were received by one of the ponies and a goat before the owner got to us to tell us about the place and activities, after we got a bit acquainted with our new neighbors, the owner gave us clear instructions as to how everything works. We saw the place where we could fish but we didn’t do so because we thought we needed to bring our own rods, but that was not the case, we only needed the lure and he explained to us what to use. The horse rides are also available, same as the gathering of fresh eggs, the shower was very nice, the place was well organized, and very tidy, we had utensils, which I was worried about and plates. Overall it was a great experience and will be coming back.

The home was not only nice but also incredibly comfortable, with every detail meticulously thought through to enhance our experience. From the cozy furnishings to the well-stocked kitchen, it felt like a true home away from home. The home was very clean. The pool is wonderful and warm, and if you’re a fan of jacuzzi, you’ll appreciate the sweet addition. The house patio is really nice and relaxing. The area is quiet. Tom, the host was quick in communication, making sure we had everything needed during our stay.

The location just off I 75 makes it easy to get anyplace on the west coast of Florida. The Punta Gorda exit makes it easy to get to downtown, the Port Charlotte exit with Veterans Highway gets you to all of Port Charlotte and the road at the road to Joe’s will take you to everything in between. Great place to get to and to see the entire area!

Perfect stay... Juliet's place was exactly what we were looking for: clean, quiet, safe, and restful. The pool was an added bonus that we definitely utilized! Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thank you!

Gorgeous House. Pristine condition. Beautiful. Comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Great place for a family get together. Awesome kitchen. Kids loved the pool. The pool toys/accessories and outdoor TV screens make the outdoor space perfect for everyone. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Kellie's place "The Aqua Oasis" was everything we were looking for. It was bright, clean, comfortable, well decorated, spacious, stocked well, and only 10 min or less to the beautiful and tranquil waters of the Gulf. The pool was nice to take a dip in and the fact that she accepts pets is great for us canine owners! Also, Kellie was a very prompt communicator which was appreciated when we needed her. If I'm ever back in the Englewood area, I'll definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this small but very comfortable house on a farm. Me and my friend and our two dogs had an amazing time just sitting and relaxing. It was exactly what we thought it would be and it was perfect. They have a nice fire pit with benches and a closet full of games to play. It’s the perfect place to get away from the city for a couple of days.

I needed to evacuate my mother from the Gulf coast just before Hurricane Milton and I was grateful for the availability of this little cottage. Catherine was super responsive, very helpful, and addressed all our questions. The cottage felt sturdy during the hurricane and I liked all the short surrounding trees to break the winds. It was very clean, and adorably decorated inside and my 87 year old mother and I had a nice time there together. The very rural setting took me back to my childhood which was also a small family farm. Privacy is an understatement! It was great for a rural escape from the hustle, stress and congestion of urban life, asphalted driveways and neighbors everywhere. I was in awe over the numbers of butterflies and dragon flies I saw.

Macy has taken a clever approach to build this small apartment on her property that is really a cool thing to see. The unit is very comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches and Macy is a dynamite host. We had some issues with the air conditioning and she was there to fix it within minutes. Definitely recommend.

Great house! Everything was clean and new. The only negative is the location, the surrounding area is a little sketchy.

This house is the perfect cozy space. Very comfortable & close to restaurants. We stayed here during our visit to peace River and it was perfect, the outdoor space was cute & cozy. The pictures simply do not do this place justice for how cute it is decorated with all the vintage furniture and decor. We would definitely stay here again.
