I wasn't sure about this place at first because of the lack of reviews, but it is clean and quiet. The location is close to all the attractions. I especially appreciate the reasonable pricing. A lot of the other locations in Bend were too expensive in my opinion. I would definitely use this place again. My only nitpick is that the bed may be a little small for 2 larger people.

We loved staying at Justin’s place! The location was incredible, right off the Deschutes river trail, which was wonderful for walking the dog in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook with, the apartment was as very clean, instructions were easy and Justin was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!!

A Stone’s Throw Bungalow was the perfect place to stay during our visit to Bend. Spacious, great location and had all the amenities needed to feel right at home. Would definitely be happy to stay here again in the future, highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Roksolana’s place over Labor Day Weekend. The condo was squeaky clean and the host was super responsive/proactive in getting a couple of issues resolved for us (the toilet wasn’t working properly and there wasn’t any soap). I think housekeeping overlooked a few things, but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay and would stay here again. The resort has a lot of things to do on the property, like frisbee golf, tennis, pickleball, mini-golf, bike course, rafting, and swimming pools. Unfortunately the big pool was closed, so and it made for a packed pool situation a bit crowded on the long weekend. There is a bar/restaurant on the property, but we did most of our dining at the condo. The bartender was not the friendliest despite generous tips from our group.

This was a very clean and well-appointed chalet. The kitchen had everything you’d need, except coffee , tea and sugar so bring your own. This is pretty typical of chalet rentals. Also being your own shampoo and lotion, which is also typical. We had a peaceful 2-day stay here. It was just what we needed. There was plenty of info on the surrounding area and the host was a very good communicator. We will return for a longer stay for sure.

We take a family trip ever summer and this place never disappoints that’s why we always come back. I love the location it’s central to everything we like to do from shopping in downtown to walking the old mill district and all the river hikes and restaurants this location is only a few minutes away. Not to mention the amenities at the resort, we love the pool area and some miniature golf at sunset. This place is the perfect spot for all your outdoor activities.

This is one of the nicest Units we have stayed in at Worldmark. Have done a great job with remodel. Very well stocked and high end finishes. Great location within resort. Bottom level unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the 7th Mtn condo. It was nice to be near trails, downtown Bend and so much else. Also, because this is part of a resort there are so many amenities! If we didn’t have our pup with us we might’ve accessed more of them (so can’t comment on the pool though it looked nice and they keep it warm year round). Chuck and Cindy were friendly in their communication and offered local recommendations when I asked. The resort front office staff take care of check in and give you the keys and such so that’s pretty smooth. Thanks for a lovely visit.

We loved it! This cozy condo was a perfect jewel box for two adults and two dogs. It is so thoughtfully and tastefully designed that there is a place for everything. The design style is very asethetically pleasing. The balcony with the view of the river, the pine trees, birds and deer was a delight, as was the close access to the river trails. We did not have a chance to enjoy all the amenities of the resort but the pool, hot tub and live music looked great. It was also very easy with our dogs to go outside to the large grassy areas for a little walk and doggy pit stop. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the playpen to accommodate our young child.

Wow — what a gorgeous spot! Susan’s condo was the ideal home base for exploring Black Butte Ranch. We were steps away from the Lodge but it still felt private and was very quiet. We enjoyed every sunset on the deck and are already dreaming of a return trip. The condo is very comfortable and we especially appreciated how well equipped the kitchen is.

We really enjoyed staying at Kylene's place. The location is well suited for a short drive to Bachelor for skiing and a quick drive into Bend for dinner and groceries. We did have a small issue that Kylene responded to quickly. The kitchen was well stocked bedrooms had nice dressers and closets to store our ski gear.

Five Stars!! We enjoyed an amazing stay-every detail thought though in this beautiful home. It was the perfect place to come home to after skiing Bachelor and great place to base out of while we enjoyed Bend. We cooked most of our meals and this kitchen had everything! Bedrooms were beautiful and beds were so comfortable! The view was such a treat and we just loved swimming in the pools, soaking in the hot tubs, relaxing in the sauna, as well as playing a fun game of mini golf. It was all such a great balance to skiing all day and had everything to feel like a relaxing and easy vacation while traveling with our 8 year old.

We had a great time here with our family trip. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and lots of room for all of us. The kids liked the foosball table and we enjoyed the proximity to paths and the river. We used the tubes and life jackets to float and played some pickleball. The TV doesn't have cable/channels so bring your own streaming device - we were prepared for this and brought ours to catch some Olympics in our down time and when AQI got too high outside. This was a much more reasonably priced house than most in and around the Sunriver area, but still good proximity to pickleball/tennis, river, and small but clean pool. Lots of deer in the yard each day and lots of big fluffy bunnies hopping around. We would stay here again.

I still would have appreciated a "hard-copy" of the instructions that were texted to me through Airbnd. It was difficult to find the message and keep referring to it. A hard copy would have been easier to refer to while on the property.

Eric's home in Black Butte Ranch was perfect for our multi-generational family gathering. The home is spacious, the kitchen was very user friendly and the amenities that are in the home ( games, ping pong ,bikes, laundry, etc ) were exactly what we needed for kids of all ages. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels like a forest get away. Being able to use all of the amenities of Black Butte Ranch is incredible. We golfed, swam, played tennis and pickle ball- something different everyday. Black Butte Ranch was also so hospitable during our entire stay; during check in, making reservations and using the amenities. Eric really IS a super host. We had questions before check in and after check in. He was so prompt , friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this home and Eric for your Air BnB reservations. This Daughter-in-Law won family gathering because of how nice the home is and how helpful Eric is as a host. Thank you Eric! MJ and fam 5 stars and a little heart too.

We stayed here last minute after cold weather lead to abandoning a camping trip. Appreciated being able to book this place last minute without hassle. The host called to make sure we got the reservation approval and that we weren’t waiting. He was responsive by text for any other questions. It was easy to get in. The accommodations were spacious and had views of the golf course. We were staying with another family. There were sleeping pads and cots for extra space to sleep for kids. We enjoyed the hot tub as well during a cooler weekend in June. Beautiful surroundings outside and lots of activities. We didn’t stay long enough to try out some of the amenities, but want to come back. Black Butte mountain/peak nearby was a beautiful hike with expansive views of nearby peaks and mountains. Overall, a nice stay.

What a beautiful and clean home. The view was amazing! The description of the home and pictures were accurate. The outdoor patio and fire pit were great! The pool, hot tubs and recreation area were an added bonus but we could have easily just stayed and the home and played games around the nice large dining table. Great family get away with many laugh and great memories! Thank you

Right on the golf course in sun valley. Very peaceful and quiet. Being able to bring the dogs with family makes it all worth it.

Spacious and comfortable, good set up for three couples. Good appliances and cookware, hottub was massive.
