Already knowing the region, we were very happy to travel through this part of Normandy that was less familiar to us, in a cottage that was all the more pleasant.

The house is adorable - beautifully renovated with all you need (swimming pool, kitchen equipment, pool table, etc). The location is great, directly at the sea-side with hardly any other people, for which it felt like a private beach. Also a nice walk along the shore to Granville. We would definitely recommend this place!

Very pleasant stay in an extremely clean, very well-equipped cottage, where you can enjoy a large terrace (with plancha), the shared pool and the beautiful beach within walking distance. We really enjoyed staying at Veronique's place. It was a cozy and a quaint, yet beautiful space with a nice scent/fragrance, and all of the items/amenities that we needed for our two-night stay near Omaha Beach. The kitchen was very well-stocked, with almost anything that you could need, from honey to jams and preserves. Veronique brings fresh croissants and bread to the room each day; the fridge was pre-stocked with orange juice, several varieties of milk, and yoghurt, as well as butters and ham and cheese, and eggs. We managed to not only eat a great breakfast each day but also to have lunch from the supplied bread and ham and butter. This went above and beyond our expectations - and it was a huge plus, because it is a rural area and a drive would be required to get to a bakery or to town. We also really enjoyed the bathrobes, the very comfortable bed, and the lovely linens on the bed. Everything was convenient and comfortable. The water pressure excellent and lots of hot water.

A practical, well-equipped and soberly decorated accommodation, ideally located on the port of Grandcamp, in a perfectly secure residence. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shops and the beach...

The address was a bit misleading the app said 46 and it is actually 50. However the decor, beautiful gardens and a very friendly local cat made the place a delight to stay in. A quirky property full of character.

We had an amazing stay at Regine and Eric’s idyllic property, they could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The property is bursting with character and has all necessary facilities. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool was the icing on the cake. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a pleasant stay in Barneville. The location is ideal: everything is within walking distance (restaurants, the beach, the harbor, hiking trails...)! I particularly appreciated the impeccable management of the concierge who sends you all the useful information and informs you very quickly if you need it (check-in and checkout independently possible). The listing description is perfectly compliant and is very well-equipped. The small terrace is nice for breakfast in the sun. We were able to enjoy the calm (we barely noticed the other vacationers). In addition, we loved the pool and games room which are available until 10pm: this is the best when traveling with children. Thank you for everything.

Damien was such a great host. He happened to be grabbing dinner the same time we came into town so we stopped at the same pizza place. He offered to take my husband and kids to the house a few km away and then came back for me as I was waiting for the pizza. This was so thoughtful after a long 9-10 hour drive with a lot of children. He was so kind and personable. Super proactive and offered suggestions in the area. He really went above and beyond. His house was perfect for our needs as a large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was exact as described. everything was in good working order. Nothing was broken or falling apart. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

My family of five (three of them young children) stayed here for a few days during a three week journey around Europe. It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to visit the D-Day sites and this home made our stay 100% enjoyable. It is my favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. It was perfectly clean, had everything we could have thought we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in such an amazing place!

the little house of the Fort de Vauville is a small rustic, charming and warm place. Very small area but very well organized, a stone's throw from the beach. the bedding is very good. Eric is a very friendly and attentive host.

The house right on the sea was overwhelmingly beautiful. Very tasteful and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped from A as Austernbrecher to Z as Zitronenpresse, everything there to cook extensively. Internet super fast ! Sufficient thought was given to sockets and strips to charge electronic devices comfortably. The pellet stove is easy to use and brings a cozy atmosphere when it storms and is cold outside. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and cycling. Small supermarket in Quinéville. Other good shopping in Quettehou (also great organic shop!) An unforgettable vacation!
