To make our 3 bedroom 2 bath home more accessible during the winter off-season months, we superhosts are offering it at a one bedroom rate, with the understanding that guests will only use the one upstairs master bedroom and the adjacent bathroom, kitchen and living areas. This allows us to cut the cleaning fee in half and also gives you access to laundry if needed. This is a remarkable special. Most Spectacular Ocean Views - Studio East Upper

The Point provides the most amazing OMG view of the ocean and beach of the Oregon South Coast and possibly the world. You sit 100 feet above the water on our beach front property looking at the dolly dock pier and harbor to the east and Battle Rock and and a long stretch of beach to west. You can walk to the end of the property and enjoy your favorite beverage on the deck on the cliff above the water. You have truly magnificent views from our top-of-the-line studios.

You do have to access the Bathroom through the Master Bedroom so this rental would be best for a family or close friends. This guesthouse is on the same property as our family home that we live in full time. Our “Victorian Skoolie” and Rpod also available at an additional charge of $50 per night per space and sleeps 2 each.

We had the pleasure of coming over to stay at the Majestic Views Air B&B this past weekend for a work trip. We were delighted upon our arrival to find a very well appointed, and seasonally decorated home that was clean, and obviously well cared for. The thought that went into stocking the house with all the comforts one might need was an amazing touch. From the well stocked kitchen, complimentary tea and coffee, boards games for rainy coastal nights, and helpful signage around the house. Our stay was so nice we extended it one more night just to be able to enjoy the amenities! Oscar was very responsive to our requests, and everything was made to be an easy process. The layout of the home, and the space within was comfortable enough for two people, but would be absolutely accommodating for larger families or couples traveling together. The proximity to town, while still capturing the privacy and peach of the coastal range made this a must-return rental for us! Do not hesitat

Our stay was very quiet and peaceful. We felt right at home. Lots of added amenities, making it nice to enjoy our stay. Within walking distance of many nice stores and restaurants and the beach is right around the corner. I would recommend this place to anyone passing by and wanting a safe place to rest their heads. Mary's place was wonderful - the setting is beautiful with views of the river (especially in the morning before the fog burns off). It was a perfect setting and stay for my partner and me. The kitchen was well appointed, and you also have the option of the outdoor grill and amenities. We loved the property trails and the hike up to Mt Everett (Mary provides a trail map and shares background on the naming of the trails - such a fun thing to offer guests!). This property is perfect for those who like to bring their groceries, make meals together, and have an outdoor space to relax and play. It's also a great pad for accessing some amazing hikes. FYI we did not have cell service (could have been our provider) but the Wi-Fi works great, and we could easily get around it.
