House holiday rentals in Denée

We’ve just spent a wonderful few days with our family at Helene’s house. The property was as described amongst the local vineyards where we enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful French countryside & sampling the local wines. There was plenty of space for 5 adults including two lovely outside seating areas. Helene was an excellent host & was helpful & responsive. We were able to use her swimming pool & deck with stunning views across the Loire Valley. You can walk into the local town of Chalonnes Sur Loire where there are great bars & restaurants.

Very pleasant accommodation, cocooning, very well equipped. A very nice garden that we were able to enjoy despite the bad weather thanks to the summer kitchen. Very quiet accommodation, a very nice design, with a hot tub at the top. Thank you and do it again.

David is a superb host! We felt like at home in his house. It was just wonderful there. David is very child-friendly, which was good for us with our children. The pool was loved. The furnishings of the house were excellent. Everything is available in the kitchen, even a gas grill is on site. We simply had two heavenly weeks in the middle of the vineyards.

Truly a wonderful experience. As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Hugo who showed us right in. The location is really nice and semi-rural, and feels right within the culture of the area. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. We also travelled with our baby and full facilities were made available by the hosts, of which we truly appreciated. The property itself gave a good authentic feel to staying in the area and had everything we needed. I'd definitely recommend to any prospective guests.

very nice stay. We rented the cottage for a school trip. the young people enjoyed their stay. they were able to enjoy the pool after our visits. the outdoor space is perfect for BBQ and petanque. cooking is functional and well equipped.

Pierre's house and the environment are very pleasant, the morning walk in the tall deer grass adds a special charm. the neighborhood is very quiet. Pauline, the young woman, is a very responsive co-host to our requests. We recommend this place.

The stay in the lovely setting of the garden and the river bordering Valerie's mill delighted us. This soothing stay was also facilitated by the very good equipment of the accommodation and tasteful decoration.

We had a perfect stay at this place for a bachelorette party to our friend! The cottage is clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated, exactly as pictured. The gite is located near the vines in a quiet area. The views are breathtaking. Hosts were very responsive and available to answer any questions we had. The check-in and check-out went smoothly. I highly recommend this listing! It's a place just waiting to be discovered.

We had a short stay at Laurent's. Great welcome, friendly and warm. The accommodation was nice, in a peaceful corner. perfect for a weekend of rest or a walk. We were on a quick visit to Aurélie, as we had to attend a wedding the next day in Avrillé. Aurélie was very accommodating with us on the schedules so that we could prepare in good conditions, it was really very kind of her. The accommodation is located very close to the center, we were able to walk there and walk for an hour before going to our appointment. As for the accommodation itself, nothing to complain about, it was great. Everything we needed was provided, we just had to put down the suitcases👌

the apartment is faithful to the listing, very functional with the small terrace. Located in a cul-de-sac, the place is very quiet, easy to access and no parking problems. Not far from the slate quarries for beautiful walks.

The apartment, decorated with great taste, offers a quiet, pleasant and perfectly located setting. It is impeccably clean, spacious and very well equipped, with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. A large dressing room is available to store your belongings, and the spacious bathroom is particularly appreciated. The terrace, meanwhile, allows you to fully enjoy sunny days in a relaxing atmosphere. Patricia and Tony are very kind, warm and available hosts. Our exchanges were excellent and full of conviviality. I highly recommend this accommodation and I am already looking forward to returning there during a future stay.

Beautiful house in a nice town. Great infrastructure for eating and drinking coffee around the house. Perfect for a family with small children 8+11 years. We will come back!

It is rare to benefit from such a quality of welcome. Beatrice was very attentive to us and we were showered with small attentions. She also gave us excellent advice so that we could enjoy the region. The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. Upon entering, one feels a sense of well-being and perceives the warm temperament of the hostess. We really enjoyed the garden surrounded by a beautiful stone wall and with comfortable armchairs and garden furniture. We recommend this nice little house.
