Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Demre

Fantastic views, full amenities, sauna hot tub outdoor pool, a little cold in September as the pool has no direct sunlight but certainly refreshing well for the high summer, everything was very clean, a TV with Smart TV also included. Parking was available right outside the door and the location is good, as you can get anywhere quickly within 5 -10 min by car.

We loved our stay at this apartment! It was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We had a bit of an issue with the shower but Ahmet was very responsive and fixed this quickly, The apartment is well located and is a short (but very steep) walk into the old town. The balcony had the most amazing views over Kas and we caught some incredible sunsets! Would definitely recommend to others looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

During our stay, my family and I felt at home. From the moment we first entered the house, everything was impeccable and very clean. Everything we may need during the stay has been thought out by Ms. Aliya and a comfortable living area has been created. It's a place we'll want to stay again for our next stays without a second thought. Thank you so much for the lovely stay experience.

Kaş is our annual escape into paradise. Every year we leave happy and refreshed. Staying in Gökhan’s property was no exception. We enjoyed the apartment and felt at home. Everything was smooth from start to finish. The host took good care of us. They were responsive and helpful. In our past holidays in Kaş we stayed above the city. We prefer the view of the water from there. Access to downtown Kaş is easier from there as well. This property has its own beauty, though. It is a view of the water and the mountains that shield our little coastal heaven from behind. Finding the property is not so easy at first. The roads from the highway are steep and curvy. Accessing this house from the town is easier. It takes about 10 minutes by car. But it is a nice escape from the city center. It is more quiet. This apartment is nice. I will say the pictures on the listing are amazing. It is not quite as nice in person. But still nice & clean with a great view. Overall a very good experience!

Very nice apartment with an amazing view. There is everything needed for long stays. Quality furniture and Technics. Nice location, close to Kash. It is very easy to get everywhere by car. We lived for a month and had time to travel all the nearest beaches, bays and observation decks. This is one of the most beautiful places, and morning coffee overlooking the sea and the islands makes it simply magnificent) The hostess was always in touch and quickly responded to our questions and requests. Aynur, thank you for your hospitality.

Everything was amazing .Well organized and very clean . I highly recommend this place to everyone specially families with kids. Thank you Nuri for hosting us and hope to see you next time when we visit Fateyia.

The house was extremely clean. We paid extra attention because we had a baby. Really every need we could think of at home was considered. (basic necessities such as spare garbage bags, detergents, tea and sugar) The view of the house is already great, there was everything to be comfortable on the balcony ( sun loungers, clean towels, table) 5-10 minutes walk to the center, which we were very comfortable because it allowed you to walk around Kaş without looking for a parking space. Staying at Mutlu's place was an absolute treat. Mutlu's hospitality was exceptional, thanks to his incredible kindness and willingness to help with any needs or issues. The staff take great care of the pool and grounds, keeping everything spotless and inviting. Mutlu's advice was invaluable, especially his insights on getting a car – a must-have. The stunning mountain views surrounding the property were breathtaking. Our stay happened to coincide with a week and a half of unexpected rain, making us wish we could've stayed longer to soak up the sunshine. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made our stay feel cozy and relaxing. The place was immaculately clean and well-maintained, and the pool and sauna are fantastic. The area is very peaceful and private. The villa is very tastefully decorated with high end furnishings. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Mutlu for a superb stay.

It was a beautiful experience that we enjoyed very much. The house was exactly the same as in the photos, cleanliness was taken care of, and everything that could be needed in the kitchen was available. The market was within walking distance, and the restaurant and beaches were very close by car. It is very suitable for those who want to spend a holiday in a calm and peaceful village. When we first went, fresh tomatoes and roses were on the table for us, thanks for their nice behavior.

We booked this place for a few days in our last minute holiday planning and was very happy of the place, there was all we wanted and needed, even much better than expected! You need a car to get there and visit the places around it but you get a relaxing countryside environment as a bonus when you rest there. We stayed in the upper apartment with a nice view and a comfortable large terrace. There is also a small terrace at the back. The house easily accommodates 4 persons as there are 2 separate rooms and two bathrooms. Everything is new and all furniture, materials and appliances are high quality and in good working condition. There is a dishwasher, electric tea kettle, turkish teapot, coffee kettle, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ironing machine and ironing board, television, motorized blinds and 3 air conditioners. The garden is spacious with tables and sheds to relax in the daytime and evening, you also have the opportunity to barbecue there. It is a safe space for kids to play.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

I was delighted with Ahmet's condo living space; it was very comfortable, well-equipped, very safe and quiet with multiple outdoor sitting areas and a beautiful pool surrounded by plants. Ahmet was very responsive to every question I had and he generously provided me with excellent suggestions about historic sites to visit, how to get there and even to help me find accomodation. He arranged my ground transportation from Dalaman Airport to Kalkan. I liked very much the neighbourhood of my condo allowing me to walk into the village daily to have exercise and explore the town. This walk takes about 20 minutes down to the harbour area and is quite steep--totally walkable but one needs to be reasonably fit. I would definitely return to Ahmet's condo and to Kalkan. The house has a lot of charm, it's tastefully decorated. The unit is very well described and has all the accessories that are described. We enjoyed the terrace a lot but the interior is very spacious. The hosts are very friendly, accessible, they have always answered any questions we may have had. The environment is very quiet, in addition, the temperature is more pleasant in summer than in downtown Kas. If we come back to Kas we will take over this accommodation without hesitation!! A real vacation home

We were very pleased with our family stay, the site and the environment are very safe and suitable for families. All the items are available in the apartment, and Mr. Oğuz is very friendly and helped us a lot. As far as we can see, the location is in a neighborhood with summer villas and therefore a little far from the city center. We used the minibuses on our trip. There is a minibus stop 4 minutes away and you can go to the city center from there. As a result, it was a great stay, we would like to thank Mr. Oğuz again.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

I and my family had a great holiday at Bayram’s. The apartment is equipped with very confortable beds for a really good night sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped . I particularly enjoyed the water dispenser, the evening balcony sitting. The flat is 5 mn walk from shops and from the beach. The bus stop to Fethiye town is just outside the property. Bayram has booked for us a taxi from the airport and back. The taxi was confortable, equipped with wifi and air conditioning. The driver stopped to buy fresh water for us when he pick us from the airport. We particularly appreciated that as all the family was thirsty from a 4:30mn flight. We arrived at the appartement past midnight and Bayram was there to show us around and he made available to us , eggs, milk , jam, butter , juice and bread for breakfast. Much appreciated. Bayram was always available and responsive to our requests . Thank you bayram for making our holiday a memorable holiday.

Osman's was ideal for what I needed. He was friendly and helpful and available if I had needed him. The accommodation was spacious and clean with a lovely pool. Ideally, you need a car as it is a bit of a trek to the shops.

everything was as shown in the photo. The host was very interested. We loved that there was something to eat at home. We had a smooth communication. We had a very pleasant holiday. The only problem is that there are no mosquito nets in the house.

The property was lovely for our family. We were traveling with children and they were very much welcomed by the hotel staff. The receptionist is was kind, funny and helpful. The location is great. We would stay here again.

Definitely worthy to come with family or group of friends. Location is ideal for those, likes walking or have a car. Because it’s enough far from city center. But overall, worth of staying for 5-7 days

Perfect location with great views! The apartment is immaculate and perfect for a family of 3-4. Infinity pool is great. Restaurants about 10mins down into town.
