2 çift olarak konakladık ve kesinlikle fiyatını hak eden bir ev. Fotoğraflarda ne gördüysek evde de aynısı vardı. Tüm temel ihtiyaçlarımızı fazlasıyla karşıladı. Necip bey oldukça ilgiliydi. Bu yüzden teşekkür ediyorum.

Tam anlatıldığı gibi bir deneyim sunuldu, ev sahipleri çok yardım sever idi. Sunulanlar çok temizdi. Yer olarak ise çok huzurlu bir yerdi, manzarası ise şahane. Ezgi’ye ve Cemal bey’e teşekkürler.

What an amazing place to stay. The villa had everything we needed and felt like a little bit of luxury and still very homely. Swimming in the sea from the villas sea platform was a beautiful experience and the location was a 5 minute drive to the town centre. Check in was easy and we felt very welcomed by a little basket of food essentials left for us. If we ever travel to Kas again I would definitely stay at Villa Senur. 10 stars out 5!!! Thank you for having us.

eşim ve küçük ırk köpeğimizle 4 gece konakladık konum olarak tam kafa dinlemelik bir yer çam ağaçları ve kuş cıvıltısı ile uyanıyorsunuz. Fotoğraflardakinin aynısı ve ev sahibi sizin için herşeyi düşünmüş. ev sahibimiz çok dost canlısı her sorumuza anında çözüm buldu. Tekrar gitmeyi planlıyoruz :)

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The location is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by olive trees, with a stunning view of the sea. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. At night, you can see so many stars — it’s magical. The villa itself is comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Отличное жильё! На фото видится больше, чем на самом деле, но это относится ко всему Кашу - здесь всё очень уютно-миниатюрное. Нам очень понравилось жильё, с удовольствием провели здесь несколько дней. Удобно гулять вообще почти до всего в центре Каша

Çevreden iyi izole edilmiş ve tesettürlü olan eşim için uygun bir ortamdı. Evin bir ruhu olduğunu hissettik. Bahçesi ile birlikte özenle düzenlenmiş ve ferahtı. Hüseyin in ev ile ilgili verdiği bilgiler ve fotoğraflar birebir doğruydu hatta fazlası vardı. Güzel bir dinlenme tatili için uygun bir mekan. Yerel marketlerden ihtiyaçlarınızı sipariş edebilirsiniz fakat Villa nın imkanlarından faydalanıp evden çıkmayarak da yapılabilecek çok çeşitli şeyler sağlanmış. Bu yüzden güzel bir alışveriş yapıp gitmekte fayda var. Zira Kaş veya Kalkan a sürekli giderek vakit kaybetmek istemezsiniz. Tek dikkat edilmesi gereken bizce Villaya varmak için özel araç bulunmasının faydalı olacağı. Bu konuda da zâten Hüseyin bize bilgi vermişti.

Ev tertemizdi , ev sahibi bizim ihtiyaçlarımızı düşünerek eve gerekli herşeyi koymuştu ekstradan bebeğimiz için yatak ve mama sandalyesi temin ettiler ve en baştan itibaren bizimle sürekli iletişimde kaldı her sorunumuz ve ihtiyacımız için arayabiliceğimizi söyledi bu durum çok hoşumuza gitti ailecek. ayrıca plaja çok çok yakın bir aparttı şehir merkezide baya yakın çok memnun kaldık düşünen olursa kesinlikle tavsiye ederim birdaha ki gelmemde ilk merve hanımla iletişime geçmeyi düşünüyorum .

really outstanding location. Kas is inherently hilly so expect hills to return to the home, but that's the trade-off of the absolutely incredible view you get from the patio. This was such a nice getaway and only 10min walking to all of the towns shops and restaurants, as well as a few nearby for necessities like wine :) we would come back immediately!

Great stay. Peaceful. Very clean place. Bathroom is great and the shower has an enclosed door. Everything was available at the house. The owner, Abdullah, was outstanding and very welcoming. Thank you. We will definitely stay again.

нам с друзьями очень понравились ~10 дней что мы тут провели. в доме есть две спальни с удобными кроватями но самое классное (с моей точки зрения) это просторная кухня-гостинная с телевизором где мы каждый вечер смотрели youtube и пили турецкий чай =) аппартаменты находятся достаточно далеко от центра и добираться пешком может быть сложно/долго но в таком случае выручает автобус который регулярно ходит из центра города

We stayed at Meltem’s place for two weeks and would definitely recommend! The location is great, as it’s close to town and whether you have a car or not you won’t have issues as there’s also a dolmuş (bus) stop close by. The view is lovely, and being a bit higher up means you get some mountain breeze! The apartment itself was also lovely, and clean! We had most things we’d need but as we were staying a little longer there was the odd thing missing - but Meltem was very helpful and would immediately bring anything extra we asked for. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to Kaş and would love to stay here again! Thank you to Meltem and her husband for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

Safiye Hanim ve esi Apo Bey rezervasyonu yaptigimiz andan itibaren her sorumuzu cok buyuk ictenlikle ve detayla yanitladilar. Ilk gece panjurlari acmakta zorlandigimizda saat gec olmasina ragmen tek tek adim adim mesajla bizlere acana kadar yardimci oldular, yeme/icme ve yuzme konusunda hem cok guzel oneriler yaptilar hem de bizlere yardimci olabilmek icin arkadaslarini yonlendirdiler. Evin konumu muhtesem, balkonda saatlerce oturup Kas manzarasini izleyebilirsiniz. Evin ici cok zevkli dosenmis ve tam zamanli yasanan bir ev oldugu icin de her turlu ihtiyac duyabileceginiz esya evde bulunuyor. Gonul rahatligiyla hic dusunmeden herkese tavsiye ederim, gelecek Kas ziyaretlerimizde de kesinlikle Safiye Hanim ve Apo Bey’in evinde konaklamak isteriz.

I am very grateful to Yasemin for being a flexible wonderful host! We stayed in the larger unit with the full kitchen and it was perfect for our longer stay. The apartment was sparkling clean and very cute and well curated, comfortable, and cozy. We got A LOT of exercise walking up and down the mountain to the center and the sea but there is a scenic route with gorgeous views. A lot of great hikes on the Lycian way nearby. Beautiful place.

Mine Hanım’ın evinde 1 hafta konakladık. Görsellerde göründüğünden bile daha güzel bir evdi. Oldukça temizdi. Geniş ve ferah bir evdi. Akşamları geçirebileceğiniz güzel bir teras var. Ev Kaş merkeze araç ile yaklaşık 10 dakika mesafede. Araçsız ulaşım zor olur diye tahmin ediyorum. Evde yeterli mutfak malzemesi var. Çamaşır ve bulaşık makineleri, ocak ve buzdolabı oldukça yeni. Ev oldukça huzurlu bir alanda bulunuyor. Sabah keçi otlatan tatlı bir teyze bile görebilirsiniz. Terastan bir Likya lahiti bile görünüyor. Bize göre tek eksik bulaşık makinesi için tablet olmamasıydı. Bu evi gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebiliriz.

We really liked the location of the room. You can easily go to the central places, beaches and restaurants in a walkable distance. Also the room was very clean and host is really helpful, responsive and ensured flexible check in thanks for it. If it is your first time in Kaş, you may definitely stay with peace of mind

I organised the trip from London at very short notice and Mehmet was instrumental in helping everything went very smoothly. It was night flight arriving into Turkey very early morning and Mehmet organised pick up at airport and then a early check in to our apartment. Could not of gone smoother and all done last minute. The location and complex was lovely for the price.

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

Ailece konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, site ve çevre çok güvenli ve aileye uygun. Dairede tüm eşyalar mevcut, ayrıca Oğuz bey çok sıcakkanlı ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. Konumu gözlemlediğimiz kadarıyla yazlık villaların bulunduğu bir muhit ve dolayısıyla biraz şehir merkezinden uzak. Biz seyahatimizde dolmuşları kullandık. 4 dakika mesafede bir dolmuş durağı var ve oradan şehir merkezine gidebiliyorsunuz. Sonuç olarak harika bir konaklamaydı, oğuz beye tekrar teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz..

Logement mieux que sur les photos, agréable séjour, Mme Deniz est très sympathique, les instructions pour arriver au logement très claires. La plage accessible avec transport public en 10 minutes ( même sans voiture) Tout à proximité Résidence impeccable Mes enfants ont adoré la piscine

The apartment is lovely with an amazing balcony and great views. All the facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. The pool was lovely and always quiet- again the views from the pool are unbeatable. We walked to the town in around 10 minutes (down a steep hill). We mainly caught taxis back as the hill is steep and it was very hot but that was always easy and around TL170-200 per trip so not expensive. Kas itself is lovely- lots of restaurants, platform beaches (Hilary's recommendations were the best- Lemonya and boat trip to Limangazi). We also enjoyed a longer boat trip to Kerkova. Hilary was very friendly and responsive and helpful with anything we needed- the welcome food and wine was much appreciated.

We’ve sadly just finished our stay in Minerva. It was the perfect base for our family of four (two teenage daughters). The apartment was well equipped with all we needed and more, including a water cooler which was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the pool was our own. As stated, the accommodation is a short walk to the town centre, but has plenty of shops, supermarkets and restaurants even closer - it couldn’t have been better. It’s situated on a small side road so as well as being close to amenities, it’s blissfully quiet and private. In he whole, the experience with Jane and Minerva was faultless and our stay in Kalkan felt like a comfortable, sunny home from home.
