Separate entrance to the room. Felt at home when using common areas and kitchen. Other guests were very friendly and it was nice to chat together at the end of the day. Suparna is very kind, welcoming and friendly.

This is the second time I've stayed here, and I will definitely continue to stay here whenever I'm in Delhi. Clean, cozy, and friendly with lovely decor. Delicious breakfast is also available upon request. If you are unfamiliar with the city, they will have great recommendations and they can also assist with getting a driver. Plus, they are just all around, wonderful hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay in Hauz Khas! After traveling for a month in India we really appreciated this accommodation: it is in a really safe and quiet neighborhood where you can walk outside whenever. Our first visit to Delhi was in a different neighborhood that was quite hectic and it tired us out a lot. In contrast, here you can just walk around and enjoy the cafes and shops nearby away from the city. The accommodation is also great for relaxing: room was clean and spacious, kitchen was great and we used it a lot. The owners are really sweet and caring, always responsive and will do everything to help you out. :)

Beautiful, well furnished family run guest house. Don't stay too long, you may find you become one of the family yourself!

I would recommend this place to everyone wanting a good Bnb in Delhi, everything was super clean and Ajay was amazing with dealing. everything was exactly the same as the pictures. would definitely be staying here again

This is a wonderful and peaceful place to stay. I felt like home here and extended my stay for another week. Staff is quick in response and nice with nature.. must visit property!!

Nikhil’s place is very centrally located near some great markets, restaurants and grocery stores ( many are walkable). The place including the bedrooms were very comfortable and well air-conditioned which was such a relief in the humidity. The kitchen was also very well equipped. The place was very clean with very comfortable beds. The caretakers were very friendly and on hand to help out with any errands or take care of any requests. The hosts were extremely responsive and sweet. And we really appreciated the Netflix and Amazon services on the TVs in both bedrooms 😀.

The hosts are so sweet and friendly!! Living here was very comfortable and the spot is very charming with a lot of plants. The room itself is huge and it was very clean. Will definitely visit again!

The place was spick & span. We were greeted warmly by the caretaker Mr. Dhiraj who helped us with our way around greater Noida as well as the expo mart. He also cooked amazing food for us on chargeable basis which was very nominal. The host was just a message away throughout our stay & ensured that we were take care of. Amazing stay overall. Recommend this to anyone who has a group of 3-5 people attending an exhibition or a bigger group for a couple of nights leisure stay.
