Malika offers a pleasant, comfortable and cosy accommodation in the heart of Delhi. One should not expect five-star accommodation, but the offer is well-proportioned to the quality of service. The entrance is secure, the apartment is on the third floor. Breakfast is not included, however there is water and juice in the fridge, a kettle, tea and instant coffee. There is a fan in every room, in the pre-summer and summer period they are essential, and the linen is clean. Refinement underpins the environment, with marble floors, paintings and furnishings in harmony with the basic but functional furniture, with curtains, books and handmade candles. There is a balcony that overlooks a garden off the traffic in a very quiet area, in the morning you will be woken softly by the unique singing of birds, what more can you ask for in Delhi? Loved my stay at Deepika’s again! I’ve booked this place before, and now she feels more like a friend than a host. Her flat is always our first choice in Delhi because it is well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and very homely. The rooms are relaxing, and the balcony is lush and peaceful. The staff is courteous and warm, and Deepika is extremely proactive in her communication. The property is located close to major tourist attractions, and is both budget-friendly and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

Perfect place for a quiet staycation. Neha's place had all amenities to indulge in cooking and dining and just unwinding watching something on TV or reading with view of the surrounding greenery. The place is tucked away from the hustle-bustle yet not too far away from the main areas if you want to go out there. Will recommend if you're in the area.

The property is very cool , nice and well maintained. The property has all the necessary things be it kitchenware or bar essentials. The host is very responsive and they did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Certainly recommended.

Our stay was wonderful at this location. We had everything we need for our stay. We were able to enjoy the comfort and style of the house as well as enjoy the proximity to activities and monuments nearby. Our househelp was great. And Ajesh was very helpful in setting up everything to our comfort and responding to questions and concerned rather quickly.

The place is right opposite Dwarka's Vegas Mall and very close to the Sec 13 Metro Station, offering connectivity and accessibility to things. This place is on the 4th floor (as mentioned in the listing), so be ready to climb a few stairs. But once there, you get bowled over by the curated rooftop garden, the views, privacy on offer and the nicely setup interiors of this 1BHK accommodation. The kitchen had all the basic stuff to prepare your own breakfast & some basic food. The living room & the bedroom are nicely laid out, with a split AC being available in the latter. Bathroom was decently big and was squeaky clean. in short, a nice & comfortable place to stay at. And the host - Harshadaa, is clear in her communications and responsive to any queries/issues. Had a nice stay at the property. Thanks.

Loved this spacious, luxurious penthouse with a beautiful rooftop garden—perfect for relaxing! The 2 AC bedrooms (with TVs) were comfortable, and the 55-inch TV in the living room was great. The location is safe, peaceful, and close to markets, cafés, and metro stations. The host was responsive, and everything was clean & well-maintained. Highly recommend!
