this was a perfect getaway from our city life. tina's property is sooo beautiful. i loved how everything was pretty much in close proximity. her dog bug was very sweet and handsome. tina greeted us, gave us a quick intro, and gave us our privacy. i loved how there was an actual path to go into the woods. my boyfriend and i are definitely going to be visiting again sometime.

Amazing. Such a peaceful spot by the water. We had such a nice relaxing time. The RV was spotless and had everything we needed, and the outdoor space and kayaks kept everyone entertained all weekend. My whole family enjoyed their stay and talking to some of the other guests at night be the firepit. It was also fun watching everyone work on their boats. This airbnb is a hidden gem in Edgemere. We can’t wait to stay again!

The place was super quiet and peaceful, exactly like the listing. The host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. The oatmeal and homemade cookies were such a thoughtful touch!

We enjoyed camping at Jaqueline’s home space. They were very accommodating when we requested a different spot! It wasn’t as private as the pictures lead but that means the “amenities” are close. A fridge to put cold stuff in, outlets to charge your phone and porta pots. They check in on you often (maybe too much 😊) and their house is in the same place your camping area is so they are always close by. I didn’t love all the metal and wooden furniture pieces all over the property but we still enjoyed nature, the creek walk, having a campfire and falling asleep to the rain! NOTE: wood is $13/11 small pieces of wood

What a serene spot to unplug. Sipping coffee next to goats and having fresh eggs from the chickens was idyllic. After one weekend I was ready to move in.

we have rented from rafael and Maritza multiple times and we enjoy our stay every time! we have 2 boys and they look forward to their "home sweet home" in the woods. there is so much to do! it never gets old. maritza and rafael go above and beyond to accommodate our family and make our stay as enjoyable as possible

WE LOVED THE PLACE! Carrie and John were amazing hosts and their wonderful RV elevated our experience and memories that my boyfriend and I will be sure to cherish for a lifetime. For those of you wondering, a bathroom (toilet and shower stall) is located in the RV, however we preferred their bathhouse which was within easy walking distance. Kitchen is fully equipped with basic necessities such as utensils, pots, basic condiments etc. We appreciated the availability of an outdoor gas grill and gas stove that were fully functional. Also it's worthy mentioning there is a fire pit fully stacked with an ample amount of firewood [and a hilly-billy pool which we didn't get to enjoy due to weather]. For those who are planning on a day trip for Ithaca's beautiful scenery, the Buttermilk Falls State Park is about 20 minutes drive; and 15 minutes drive to the nearest Dollar General store should there be any last minute shopping. John was so friendly and quick to respond with any questions or updates we had throughout our stay. We felt right at home the minute we arrived and cannot speak highly enough of Bird Song Farm and the beautiful surroundings it had to offer. Thank you John!

We loved this adorable little Airstream. So unique and just what we needed. Everything you need to get the camp up and going was provided upon arrival grill, wood, charcoal, Dura Flame starters, and s’mores. The Pendleton blankets were a nice touch. And they are not kidding about the water pressure in the shower (it’s not like at home). Keep an open mind cause remember you are camping. Also, you need to pack out your own garbage and recycling, but there is a refuse facility a little down the road. Thank you for the memorable stay. Apparently, Emily has another property in Kerhonkson and from the looks of it we might stay there next.

We had never before stayed in an RV and this one set the bar high. The space was clean and had everything we needed. We used this as our home base for exploring Valley Forge, Daniel Boone Homestead, and Crystal Cave before continuing our road trip to Philly. The weather wasn't great but we still got a few campfires in! Misty and Daryl were responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend.

We loved this tiny house in the Catskills! It was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The nature around the house is beautiful, and the area is so peaceful. The weather was rainy, but besides that, we had a great stay and would recommend it for a nice escape.

My partner and I stayed at Rosa and she is very beautiful! We had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The location is completely off the grid— or maybe it’s just my network carrier, but it was totally fine because we enjoyed the campgrounds and what it offered during our stay. It was peaceful, just what we needed to reset. Keva, is very helpful and very informative. She made sure to tell us our way around the campgrounds and our tiny home. I would definitely recommend Boheme Retreats!!

We loved our stay here! The camper was spotless, and in a great area. Nice, quiet place to stay, but within a good distance of everything around. About 20 mins to Lancaster and there were also great places even closer. Joshua was a great host, we even needed to extend our stay and they were super accommodating. Even though it was at their house, it was super quiet and we never knew they were home! We would definitely stay here again.

The woodsy tiny home was exactly what the dr ordered. Peaceful, clean retreat for my man and I. We absolutely loved it! We ordered our meats from the farm before hand and they were thawed out and ready for us to cook on the campfire. The meats were DELICIOUS! If you are thinking about staying here….DO IT!

Beautiful location. All the care into the property & her rescue is clearly evident. Takes hard work to have a rescue farm & it's more than clear that Connie's been putting in the work every day! Near a beautiful state park, but is it's own oasis. Magical spot. Plan to return. Thank you Connie's for all your hospitality. Enjoyed my time immensely.

Close drive to hikes, restaurants, bike path. Clean space and felt spacious, warm shower. Enjoyed living simply...gazing at stars, coffee outside with beautiful woodsy surroundings!

We absolutely loved our couple of nights here! It was so cozy and peaceful and exceeded our expectations. The bed was more comfy that we thought it would be when we first sat on it—it’s firm but turned out to be wonderfully supportive and comfy, even for bigger bodies. Cheryl was great at sending us tips and check in info (and even let us know not to drive too fast since there was a speed trap nearby!). The outside lights make this place magical and our pup loved having time to play outside. Would absolutely stay here again.
