It is a well located space, it has all the amenities needed for a full stay. Fernando's attention is very good and is always attentive to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

The photos don't do justice to how spacious and comfortable the accommodation is. In addition, having a garden in Mexico City is really an oasis of tranquility. Rooms with private bathrooms and comfortable beds. I traveled with family because we attended a graduation party in the south of the city and we couldn't have chosen a better option.

This place served my loved ones and I well! It was the great place to stay with many walkable things to see near by.

This apartment has a strategic location for any event in the WTC CDMX There are restaurants of all kinds a few blocks from the apartment. In short, I would rent it again if it were available for any future event I have in the area.

very good place, Gabriel is always attentive and kind. only that you have to use stairs to go up, but we had no problem (just so you can see why there is no elevator) everything was super clean and there was everything that was mentioned, very good area.

Incredible place to stay, totally recommended

The place is ideal. Everything is very clean and safe. But they do not have cleaning products, such as dish soap, mop or trash bag, no condiments for cooking, no coffee maker, you just have to take it into account. Excelente service.

This is one of the best experiences I’ve had staying at an Airbnb in CDMX. It’s a gorgeous apartment with a peaceful and serene garden. It’s walkable to many cafes and restaurants and is safe. Highly recommend staying here again.

The accommodation is ideally located, close to virtually everything and has everything you need to stay every day you want. The arrival is very comfortable and the host is always available for any questions. The only thing I do want to comment on, and I don't know if it was something that happened during the days of our stay or if it was something continuous, is that next to the building is the tolerance museum and precisely in the afternoons/evenings a lot of people gathered demonstrating in favor of marijuana, with a very strong smell and you could feel some insecurity. Advantages or disadvantages of staying in such a central area. Apart from that, which has nothing to do with the host who was always attentive, the accommodation is perfect and we would surely repeat.

Fernando was such a wonderful host! We were so happy with the apartment, location and attentions Fernando gave us. The apartment was extremely clean , comfortable and located in a great location where you can walk to stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay there again! The Location was Amazing and the home decorations perfectly fit the destination in a very modern way.

The flat was really spacious and offered everything we needed. It’s in a lovely neighborhood with many local businesses to serve your every need. Salvador was a great communicator and very attentive. Would recommend for a stay in CDMX anytime!

The view is total awe, especially at night. The colors and decor gives the apartment a nice airy feel. Barbara communicated well, there are people that say call me if you need anything, then there are people who really mean it. Good to have a host that shows that level of interest and willingness to help however they can. The location was convenient for every place I needed to go!

Excellent airbnb as described in the photos in the heart of Polanco! Excellent location to head to the main points of interest whether walking, by bike, by Uber. The apartment is spotless with just what you need in an apartment with private security 24 hours which made us feel very safe Gaby was always a super friendly host and helped us in what we occupied and was always attentive, I definitely recommend it and would come back !

The place is absolutely lovely and ran by a wonderful 24hr concierge team. Noelia & Gabrielle have loads of great recommendations for things to do around Polanco and further out. They've been super helpful in answering our questions and getting a lovely cleaner in for us. Walkable to some great parks and right near the Soumaya museum the apartment is really well located. Roma is only a 15min taxi ride away (without traffic...) and that's got loads of restaurants with many cusines including Mexican. We're hoping to come back and stay here.

Excellent apartment, Juan Pablo took great care of us, it is an apartment that is well worth it, the amenities are also spectacular, the space is as it appears in the photos, the location is excellent.

Gorgeous place to stay in CDMX! We couldn't get over the incredible views of Chapultepec park and the surrounding area that can be enjoyed from the balcony and rooftop. The building itself is very nice, quiet, and felt safe with the security at the entrance. The location is perfect, on a quiet street of Condesa walking distance to the amazing nearby parks, shops, and restaurants. Hosts were very communicative and provided detailed check-in instructions. Overall, we were so grateful to have a relaxing, nice place (with AC!) to come home to after long days of exploring the city.

We loved our stay at this place in Condesa/Roma Norte. The apartment was super clean, spacious, and looked just like the photos. The location is amazing—right near Parque México and surrounded by tons of great restaurants, bars, and cafes (ie Odette, Tlecan, just to name a few). It was a good homebase. We felt really safe the whole time — there is 24/7 security in the building with the nicest security guards. The host was great—super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions and was very proactive/professional. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a fantastic place to stay for a week in CDMX. Pros: - The location is perfect. Right in the middle of the trendiest neighborhoods in CDMX which has tons of food and is super clean and walkable. - Viridiana is very responsive. We had a minor issue (more in Cons) and she made it right! - The apartment came with free coffee and a large container of filtered water. - The place was spotless, and huge. The patio is really nice, and the building staff were friendly with the check-in. Cons: - The pool was unfortunately broken when we arrived due to heavy rains. They were actively working on fixing it the entire week we were there, so hopefully it will be fixed soon. - The apartment faces a busy road. It is quiet enough with the doors closed, but very loud with windows open. - The AC in the main bedroom does not work since it isn't connected to outside air. (Not a problem for our visit--we mostly kept the windows open to keep things cool).

Isaac was an excellent host and very communicative. He recommended some very nice restaurants, which we enjoyed. He was always making sure that we didn’t need anything during our stay. His condo is beautiful with beautiful views. We were all girls traveling and felt very safe to stay at his place. We will consider him in the future again. Very nice restaurants nearby that are walkable. The area is very clean and pretty.
