Cabin holiday rentals in DeKalb County

We had the most wonderful time here! After our other plans fell through, we needed to find a last minute place to stay and Marissa graciously accepted our booking request. We got there late at night and enjoyed hanging out by the fire pit with the string lights on. The next morning, we woke up to the most spectacular views. We loved exploring the area and venturing out further to Nashville. We looked forward to coming back to this cabin each night. We played board games, watched the sunsets, and sat on all the porches. If you’re looking for a serene, peaceful getaway, this is your spot! Thank you, Marissa!

Definitely enjoyed our stay here for spring break. Host was very responsive and left thorough instructions which made things easy to navigate. Absolutely amazing views of the lake, and the house was equally as beautiful. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a serene, quiet, and secluded stay.

Krysten’s cabin was wonderful, amazing area, very peaceful. Cabin was very clean organized, lots of space to put your own items in. Had everything we needed cooking wise, the hot tub was very clean! Sadly I did accidentally break a glass, Krysten responded when I notified her. She was very understanding and nice about it. She always responded quickly, and there was a nice little binder with things close by and some information about the surrounding area! We will definitely be coming back next year!

There is not enough words to describe this place. I absolutely loved it. It was very peaceful, and Chris is very responsive. It is close to a lot like food and Walmart ect... I would recommend this place 10x yes. There were lots of Falls around and only 50 minutes from Nashville and about 35 mins from Cookeville which has lots of shops and food around. The cabin is around others and the people around are very pleasant. I will be going back.

Wonderful 2 night stay for our family of 6! Everyone loved the space, extra soft blankets, and the hot tub. Decor was beautiful, had everything we needed, and view was amazing! The kids enjoyed having their space in the loft, with a TV too! Had a great day hiking at Fall Creek Falls!

This little cabin was a peaceful home base for my wife and I’s hiking trip. It was always a treat to look forward to when coming home in the evenings, we’d cook, sit on the porch with some music and enjoy the hot tub after our hikes. Great place to go if you’re looking for a peaceful, safe respite from whatever busy-ness is in your life. Thanks to the Owners for being great hosts, it was exactly what we needed 👍

We enjoyed a wonderfully, relaxing long weekend at Anna’s cabin. We can’t say enough good things about our stay. Anna is very responsive to any questions. The house is lovely and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

This cabin in a hidden tucked away part of East Tennessee is absolutely beautiful. The drive is a bit of a commute through some narrow roads but the traffic is almost nonexistent and the seclusion is very nice. Each floor has a patio with an amazing view of the mountainsides and if you are brave and athletic enough through the brush in the back there is a small lake with an amazing view. The host is amazing there was everything we would ever need with the city being a bit of a drive back that was great to see. A nice touch was the fire pit with tons of chopped wood to set up a fire and look out at the stars. If you yearn for an escape in nature but still want to be comfortable this is defined the place for you.

We stayed for 4 months during the winter and really enjoyed our time at the cottage. We were looking for a peaceful & quiet getaway in nature and that’s exactly what we got. It was so comfy and relaxing. We loved having our morning coffee in the sunroom over looking the lake. Kitchen is well equipped, wifi was super fast, lots of TV channels. There’s no cell service, but with the fast wifi you didn’t really need it. We were sad to leave! Would definitely come back, and absolutely recommend Melissa’s place for anyone who wants a peaceful escape.

We had a great weekend visiting some family in the area! Enjoyed a sunset at the pavilion overlooking the lake. Quiet area!

Always a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! We have traveled here several times and would recommend it for anyone who wishes to have a relaxing place to rest their head!

The place was amazing and my stay was great. Tucked back just enough off the main road but close enough to various stores and restaurants. I stayed there for about 7 weeks and wish I could have stayed there longer

Beautiful little cabin, Very responsive host, Secluded and quiet, definitely a rougher driveway and wouldn't recommend a low riding vehicle. Absolutely beautiful location.

Spent 10 days here with another couple to do some riding on our Harleys! Great location and beautiful view! Riding distance within hours to multiple waterfalls and parks. We rode the Dragon and the Smokey Mountain National Park. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a great time and Holly's place was just the right place for us. The cabin was great and the surrounding area was nice. There was a nice little park nearby where our grandson could play. We also walked to the lake and enjoyed the scenery. One of our sons had a dog and there was a nice backyard where it could romp and play. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the cabin. We would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

Great place to relax. My toddler loved the playground that was right next to our cabin. Great view of the lake.

I would recommend Blue Wing Olive Cabin to anyone looking to stay in The area of Caney Fork Creek. This Cabin was clean, had everything as advertised and was private. Ryan was responsive to any questions and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will hopefully have an opportunity to return.

We loved our stay at Seven Springs cabins! Having morning coffee with the cows in front was so peaceful. Small and adorable with everything you need. Recommend going to visit the trails and trolley shop in Rock Island. Perfect place to stay if attending a wedding at The Monroe on 4 fifteenth!

This was exactly what we needed. Beautiful setting. Peaceful. Comfortable night’s sleep. View from back porch was serene. Deer and turkey walking across the backyard. House well kept and well stocked. Very good instructions.
