This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. The apartment is a type 2 furnished apartment, on the ground floor with covered terrace, barbecue garden furniture, enclosed and wooded grounds. It is a 2-star cottage. The village is at walking distance (300m). I recommend a magnificent hike along the Ardèche from the house: the circus of PEOPLE ( 2 to 3 hours of wonder). We are close to Vallon Pont d 'Arc and the Chauvet cave. Nearby there are also the classified villages of Labeaume, Balazuc and Voguë.

On the ground floor you will find my watercolor workshop (Couleur Mande) which has independent access. On the first floor, the main room, warm and bright atmosphere with a living room, TV and an open-plan kitchen (microwave, stove, toaster, fridge, coffee machines...). It is located a few km from the main tourist sites of South Ardèche ( Gorges de l 'Ardèche, Vallon Pont d' Arc, Caverne du Pont d 'Arc, etc.) and a 5-minute drive from the village of Labeaume.
