From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed by my host, Elisabeth. Definitely one of the most warm, kind, and helpful people I’ve met through Airbnb. Elisabeth went above and beyond to make sure my stay was not only comfortable, but memorable. The property itself is tucked away in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood, with a fantastic setting. The large garden is perfect for morning coffee, reading, or just admiring the beauty of Malawi. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything is within walking distance – cozy restaurants, shops, and bars to have a well earned drink after a long week of work. Despite being so conveniently located, it’s incredibly quiet, and I always felt very secure. If you’re looking for a place that blends hospitality, comfort and authentic Malawian charm, this is it. I’ll definitely be back!

My stay at Becca’s place was lovely. The home was decorated nicely, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Becca was a wonderful host, and her property manager, Yusuf, was so kind and helpful throughout my visit. He made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location was quiet but close to everything. I would recommend staying here.

Alice is an excellent host and genuinely caring person, she has local contacts that can help troubleshoot anything with just a few mins notice. the house is 100% worth it especially if you have little ones. the house is stocked with lots of amenities and supplies, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in lilongwe! highly recommend booking!
