Quiet attic apartment refurbished on the 1st and last floor without elevator with parking at the foot of the building and 5 minutes walk from the city center. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140x190) and the other a double bed (140x190) +a single bed (90x190) on the mezzanine to accommodate up to 5 people. About 30 km from the Magny-cours circuit, costume museum (03), spa(71), Le Pal amusement park and about 50 km from the lakes of the settons and pannecière.

Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. A large sofa offers the 5th bed. A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers an ideal living space to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

Come and relax in a nice 70 m2 bright apartment, 2 bedrooms, shower room, large living room with open kitchen and balcony on the edge of the Nivernais Canal and close to the Morvan. Close to shops, water sports stadium, swimming pool, mini-golf, cinema and canoe kayak club. Access to the accommodation will be from the canal side and not from the main street.
