By car you are in Bedřichov in 25 minutes, but you can also use public transport. All year round you can visit the Ještěd Bike Park, golf courses and sports centres for indoor sports. The cottage is located a 5-minute walk from the tram stop, which takes you directly to the city center.The accommodation includes 2 parking spaces. You have the whole house including a garden with terraces with outdoor seating.

The property is part of a set of original office villas designed by architect Jakob Schmeissner in the early twentieth century. The house is in a quiet place of the original chateau hill in the center of the Johannes Command from the 13th century. The house is separated from the hustle and bustle by burgher houses that were created by remodeling the original chateau. From the west, the house connects to the Schmitt Castle landscape park.
