Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Decentralized Administration of Thessaly and Central Greece

George did a great job with the communication. He responded very fast and helped out and went the extra mile. We really appreciate that! The place is a great spot to chill and relax with the pool and the Hot Tub. The Garden is huge, that was amazing for the dog and our son. The Place looks like at the pictures. We will come again.

The place is simply amazing; it has breathtaking views and one of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with all the amenities. The host were very friendly, responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The best place one can stay for work or holiday in Patra. It is a very short drive to the city center and has the privilege of privacy, peaceful surroundings, parking and lots of space. I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay while visiting Patra.

I had a great weekend. Located in a peaceful area, this apartment was perfect to clean my mind and relax from work and stress. The apartment has everything you need! It also has a pool, an outdoors jacuzzi and a barbecue. We used the barbecue and the jacuzzi. The experience was something else! I really recommend it. Michalis was a very good host, very friendly and helpful with the instructions. His mom was there and she was very sweet! She even treated us some homemade food. They had left breakfast and water too. I wish I could give more stars.

We have been staying at AirBnBs for years and years but Villa Calypso has to top them all! I literally could not stop smiling and dancing when we first got there. It is so beautiful and so well kept. The decor is outstanding. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Absolutely everything we needed was there. The outdoor facilities are amazing and the setting is priceless. Sophia and Kostas are first class hosts - so helpful, friendly and responsive. It was the perfect place for our family to gather and make precious memories. We cannot recommend Villa Calypso highly enough. You have to experience it to believe it!

Un super séjour à Nafpaktos dans un logement parfait ! Le logement était très propre, propose tous les équipements nécessaires (linge de lit, serviettes de bain, sèche cheveux, papier toilette, machine à café, thé, lave vaisselle, petite salle de bain individuelle dans chaque chambre…) et est idéalement situé à 3 min à pieds de la plage. Un vrai plus pour le jacuzzi et la terrasse, qui ont rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Merci encore à Dimitrios et Olga pour leur gentillesse, et pour nous avoir recommandé quelques adresses de restaurants où l’on s’est régalé ! Je recommande sans hésitation, et espère revenir l’année prochaine :)

Old olive trees all around the path leading to the house, smell of conifers, fresh air and stunning, amazing view, wherever you look. The house itself is a testimony of a brave man who built a home for his family. Every single detail speaks about love, honor, pride and enjoyment of life. It is calm and peaceful there. Energizing and relaxing at the same time. Everything is fragrant and airy. Dimitra is a caring, unobtrusive host and we are immensely grateful to her for everything

Ce logement est un petit bijou ! Situé aux portes des principales attractions de la ville, dans un quartier animé sans être trop bruyant, il est doté de tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Les matériaux utilisés dans le logement et la décoration sont juste exceptionnels. L’intimité est remarquable pour un centre-ville. L’arrivée et le départ sont flexibles grâce au boîtier à clé et les propriétaires extrêmement attentifs et réactifs, nous ont communiqué des infos détaillées sur le logement et la ville. Nous recommandons l’adresse sans réserve.

Sehr geräumige Wohnräume und Außenbereiche, mit wunderschönen Blick auf Meer, See und Berge! Bis auf das Ausfallen des Whirlpools am ersten Abend war alles perfekt! Dafür hatten wir aber auch Verständnis, manche Dinge lassen sich eben nicht innerhalb einiger Tage beheben. Tipp für die nächsten Gäste: Bleibt eisern und füttert die Katzen nicht! Es werden von Tag zu Tag mehr und sie werden immer penetranter!

Kyriakos is an amazing host! He came as we we were getting settled and introduced himself to every single member of our group of 10. This 6 bedroom home is beautiful and very spacious with breathtaking views, a swimming pool, and an open floor plan on the lower level with a gorgeous kitchen. Bonus, there is an elevator and we had 3 people in our group over 70 who truly enjoyed using it to get to the 3rd level where the bedrooms are (honestly everyone's used it). Kyriakos assisted me with a transportation company that could accommodate our group size (two vans) & were always on time & very professional. He had food menus and suggestions available for our use and there is a grocery store that is about a 15 min walk or a 5 mins drive. Its about 30-35 mins outside Athens city center & you'll peace & privacy on these beautiful, well maintained grounds. This was our favorite property of the 3 we had during our 2 week stay in Greece. Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Kostas's house is a gem! The private location is perfect for those seeking tranquility in nature. We particularly enjoyed the large, well-maintained garden, which provided a beautiful and inviting space to relax. The house was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked – a real treat, especially with the thoughtful addition of local produce. Kostas was an outstanding host. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Waking up to the lovely views of the surrounding nature was a highlight of our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat.

Вилла находится в волшебном месте -вокруг горы и шикарный вид на море. В пяти минутах езды "Platania", там построили новую марину и можно купить все необходимые продукты. В часе езды - большой город "Volos". Рядом много троп, можно гулять по цветущим горам. Домов в окраине не много поэтому это место для интровертов. В доме два камина,каждый вечер ужинали у камина с огнем. Перед домом есть терасса, для нас это было место, для занятий йогой и спортом . Вилла чистая и уютная. Для комфортной жизни и отдыха есть абсолютно все. Местные коты разных мастей будут захаживать в гости, лисы, черепахи, и семьи кабанов))) Мы провели месяц и это были классные греческие каникулы!

Eine sehr gute Variante, wenn man in der Nähe vom Meer sein möchte, aber gleichzeitig Privatsphere haben mag. Die Aussicht war sensationell. Im August ist in der Gegend voll uns tatsächlich viel los, aber die Ruhe, die die Unterkunft gewährleistet, war einmalig. Wir waren 8 Tage lang mit 3 Kinder und einem Hund und alles war besser als erwartet.

We came for the second summer and once again we had a great time. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings, good access to highway and groceries. We made various trips with our rental car if not reading books or resting and cooled down in the pool in the afternoons. We are a family of five, youngest 7, eldest 17. A car is essential. Host was very responsive and helpful, I can recommend this house.

Lovely place to stay! Wonderful view, especially from the third floor balcony, very clean house, comfortable beds, plenty of facilities. There’s a 10-15min walk distance from the city center, but if you have a car it’s perfect to be a little far from the crowded areas. The villa looks better in reality than in the pictures! Loved it!

What a magical place here. The fire place and the hot tub were the highlights. The town is amazing with lots to do outdoors and the food at local restaurants was perfect. Great experience and host.

My friends and I really liked this villa. So much so that we didn't even want to leave to see Greece. Because the view from the villa is indescribably beautiful. The villa is completely comfortable for 10 people, we didn't bother each other at all. The pool is great. The host was very responsive, answered all our questions, gave recommendations. Check-in was relatively easy, and the check-in time was flexible. We were met by the host's father, who told us everything about the villa. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking, oil, salt, spices, as well as coffee and fruit available and 2 bottles of wine left. I 100% recommend this villa, I would definitely like to come back here.
