Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Decentralized Administration of Thessaly and Central Greece

George did a great job with the communication. He responded very fast and helped out and went the extra mile. We really appreciate that! The place is a great spot to chill and relax with the pool and the Hot Tub. The Garden is huge, that was amazing for the dog and our son. The Place looks like at the pictures. We will come again.

The place is simply amazing; it has breathtaking views and one of the most beautiful sunsets. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated with all the amenities. The host were very friendly, responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The best place one can stay for work or holiday in Patra. It is a very short drive to the city center and has the privilege of privacy, peaceful surroundings, parking and lots of space. I cannot imagine there is a better place to stay while visiting Patra.

The house was gorgeous and spotless! Just as it looked in the photos. Anastasia very kind & helpful. Fully stocked for breakfast and coffee. The yard and the view were beautiful. Very important that there was private parking and even more importantly that pets are allowed. I highly recommend this home. It's exactly as it looks in the photos and in person even better. I'll definitely go for it again!!!

I had a great weekend. Located in a peaceful area, this apartment was perfect to clean my mind and relax from work and stress. The apartment has everything you need! It also has a pool, an outdoors jacuzzi and a barbecue. We used the barbecue and the jacuzzi. The experience was something else! I really recommend it. Michalis was a very good host, very friendly and helpful with the instructions. His mom was there and she was very sweet! She even treated us some homemade food. They had left breakfast and water too. I wish I could give more stars.

We have been staying at AirBnBs for years and years but Villa Calypso has to top them all! I literally could not stop smiling and dancing when we first got there. It is so beautiful and so well kept. The decor is outstanding. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Absolutely everything we needed was there. The outdoor facilities are amazing and the setting is priceless. Sophia and Kostas are first class hosts - so helpful, friendly and responsive. It was the perfect place for our family to gather and make precious memories. We cannot recommend Villa Calypso highly enough. You have to experience it to believe it!

We loved staying here! We were two couples and each had our own space. The apartment is modern and we felt like we were living in luxury. The hosts are very responsive and want to make sure that their guests have the best time. They couldn't have been more accomodating. We couldn't recommend this place more highly. In addition, it was in a fantastic spot, close to restaurants and shops.

Others already talked about functionality and practicality. I will talk about the impression. The moment you enter the spacious yard, you are in some movie scene. Old olive trees all around the path leading to the house, smell of conifers, fresh air and stunning, amazing view, wherever you look. The house itself is a testimony of a brave man who built a home for his family. Every single detail speaks about love, honor, pride and enjoyment of life. It is calm and peaceful there. Energizing and relaxing at the same time. Everything is fragrant and airy. Dimitra is a caring, unobtrusive host and we are immensely grateful to her for everything

Very spacious living spaces and outdoor areas, with beautiful views of the sea, lake and mountains! Except for the failure of the hot tub on the first evening, everything was perfect! But we also understood that some things just can't be fixed within a few days. Tip for the next guests: Stay strong and don't feed the cats! There are more and more of them every day and they are becoming more and more intrusive!

Kyriakos is an amazing host! He came as we we were getting settled and introduced himself to every single member of our group of 10. This 6 bedroom home is beautiful and very spacious with breathtaking views, a swimming pool, and an open floor plan on the lower level with a gorgeous kitchen. Bonus, there is an elevator and we had 3 people in our group over 70 who truly enjoyed using it to get to the 3rd level where the bedrooms are (honestly everyone's used it). Kyriakos assisted me with a transportation company that could accommodate our group size (two vans) & were always on time & very professional. He had food menus and suggestions available for our use and there is a grocery store that is about a 15 min walk or a 5 mins drive. Its about 30-35 mins outside Athens city center & you'll peace & privacy on these beautiful, well maintained grounds. This was our favorite property of the 3 we had during our 2 week stay in Greece. Kostas's house is a gem! The private location is perfect for those seeking tranquility in nature. We particularly enjoyed the large, well-maintained garden, which provided a beautiful and inviting space to relax. The house was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked – a real treat, especially with the thoughtful addition of local produce. Kostas was an outstanding host. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Waking up to the lovely views of the surrounding nature was a highlight of our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat.

This secluded Villa in the Theassly hills overlooking the water and mountains of Evia is the perfect serene getaway spot for anyone looking to relax with a nice cup of tea on the beautiful patio while the sun shines down upon them and the olive trees flow in the wind. The home is beautiful inside and out with all the amenities you could need. Relax when it's cold outside in the hot tub whilst watching the sunset and let all your worries melt away. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always available to answer our questions. 5/5 would stay here anytime we're back in the area! ❤️

We came for the second summer and once again we had a great time. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings, good access to highway and groceries. We made various trips with our rental car if not reading books or resting and cooled down in the pool in the afternoons. We are a family of five, youngest 7, eldest 17. A car is essential. Host was very responsive and helpful, I can recommend this house.

Lovely place to stay! Wonderful view, especially from the third floor balcony, very clean house, comfortable beds, plenty of facilities. There’s a 10-15min walk distance from the city center, but if you have a car it’s perfect to be a little far from the crowded areas. The villa looks better in reality than in the pictures! Loved it!

What a magical place here. The fire place and the hot tub were the highlights. The town is amazing with lots to do outdoors and the food at local restaurants was perfect. Great experience and host.

My friends and I really liked this villa. So much so that we didn't even want to leave to see Greece. Because the view from the villa is indescribably beautiful. The villa is completely comfortable for 10 people, we didn't bother each other at all. The pool is great. The host was very responsive, answered all our questions, gave recommendations. Check-in was relatively easy, and the check-in time was flexible. We were met by the host's father, who told us everything about the villa. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking, oil, salt, spices, as well as coffee and fruit available and 2 bottles of wine left. I 100% recommend this villa, I would definitely like to come back here.
