Wir waren zu zweit 10 Tage in der gemütlichen Wohnung von Eva. Es war blitzsauber, Bad ganz neu, wunderbare Terrasse, ruhige Lage. Man kann zu Fuß viele gute Tavernen erreichen und es gibt wunderbare Strandbuchten in der Umgebung, die mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Eva und ihre liebe Mutter, die im Erdgeschoss unter der Wohnung lebt, sind sehr gastfreundlich und kommunikativ. Wir haben uns wie bei Freunden gefühlt. Hoffentlich können wir bald wieder kommen!

The place where we settled helped us spend a few wonderful days in our beloved Thessaloniki! The apartment corresponds 100% to the description. It has everything you need even for a long stay. Everything is thought of, even the little things. Communication is easy and timely, as is the check-in process. All the main attractions, as well as shops, bakeries and restaurants are within walking distance. The Roman Forum area is our preferred place to stay. Next time, there is no hesitation where we will stay! We felt at home. Thank you!

Beautiful terrace with view, to watch sea during the day and stars in the evening. Dimitra is a very friendly and reactive host, we hope to come again!

Τα λόγια είναι περιττά. Μείναμε στο κατάλυμα για μία εβδομάδα, Ο χορός ήταν υπέροχος και πολύ καθαρός. Η θέα από το μπαλκόνι ήταν πραγματικά μαγευτική. Η κυρία Μαίρη και ο κύριος Δημοσθένης είναι δύο πραγματικά γλυκύτατη άνθρωποι που κάνουν τα πάντα ο χορός να μείνει προσεγμένος. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες και κατοικίδια.

This place is absolutely perfect!!! The apartment is not big, but it has all the necessary stuff for a great holiday. The view from the lovely terrace is to die for!!! I think we spent more than half of our time sitting there and just enjoying the marvelous view to the sea and Mount Olympus. There are shops, restaurants and a playground just 2 minutes away on foot. The beach is basically right at your front door. A parking spot is just under the apartment. The host is also perfect! Absolutely meticulous in his instructions and super helpful all the time. We've been traveling the world but this place and this experience are definitely in my top 5! We hope we could return soon.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll - die Aussicht phänomenal. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass die nebenan liegenden Bars bis in die Nacht sehr laut sind. Dafür kann Dimitris aber nichts...er und sein Bruder Tasos waren sehr zuverlässig erreichbar und haben uns auch noch Dokumente ausgedruckt, die wir dringend benötigt haben. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, aber im Großen und Ganzen entschädigen der Ausblick und die Terrasse dafür.

einfach und klein, aber geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Schöner Privatweg direkt zum schönen Strand. Zu Fuß aber gm20 Minuten entlang der schlecht beleuchteten und kauten Hauptstraße in den Ort. Sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Volle Empfehlung!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Pyrgadikia. Die Wohnung war wunderschön und alles nötige vorhanden. Wir wurden mit einigen Lebensmitteln, Obst und Wasser begrüßt. Foteini hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und der Ort ist zauberhaft. Sehr gerne wieder.

We absolutely loved Niki's house! The sea view is stunning and the quiet wave-sound is so relaxing.. The house was spotless clean, Niki and Pantelis were extremely kind and warm - we could feel their loving intention even with our language barrier. Anna, their daughter was very kind and responsive in perfect English in writing whenever needed. Pyrgadikia is the cutest village with small cafes, restaurants and marina, with the sweetest atmosphere only 5 minutes away. The house is located in a strategic point, close to the roads to both sides of Sithonia and was very comfortable to thoroughly explore all around it. I highly recommend!!

Alles in allem ist Vasilis Unterkunft ein paradiesisches Plätzchen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit direktem Strandzugang, Liegen , Liegestühle, SUPs. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Garten ist traumhaft und war für unsere Kinder der totale Abenteuerplatz. Es gibt tolle Tavernen, die man mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichen kann. Abends kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse/dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen und anschließend mit dem Wellenrauschen in den Ohren einschlafen. Vasilis ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns bereits vor der Abreise mit Tipps versorgt hat und auch auf Fragen während des Aufenthalts schnell geantwortet hat. Danke Vasilis, wir kommen wieder!

A lovely place to stay! Its very close to a sandy beach and there are lots of places to eat nearby. The house is very cosy and has all the amenities you need. Barbara is very helpful indeed and was always on hand if I had any questions. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. There are some amazing beaches to explore on this peninsula. Highly recommended!

Richtig schöne Unterkunft! Sehr ruhig und mit schönen Restaurants in der Umgebung! Wir würden jedes Mal wieder kommen.

The place is cosy, clean and offering nice terrace with seaview to rest. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is very clean. Close to the beach. Zoe was helpful. We will definitely choose again next time.

Приятна къща, любезни домакини. Девствен плаж на 150 метра. Усещането в двора на къщата е сякаш си в парк. На 45 минути е популярният плаж Амолофи. The palm beach restaurant and bar е по- близкият плаж и доста приятна ерия. Като цяло, приятно преживяване!

Loved my stay! I would recommend this place to everyone! Best location! Very large apartment! Fantastic balcony's with ocean view!! Cant wait to bring my nieces and nephews to stay! There are many activities for young children and teenagers as well as exceptional restaurants!

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit mais c'était parfait pour notre famille de 4. Propre. Rien á dire.

Everything for one's comfort and needs. Organised household to perfection. Fantastic terrace to enjoy morning or evening with a breathtaking view to the peninsula of the old town. Very good location regarding the distances with interesting spots. An appreciated tip of hospitality the bottle of wine which expects the guest upon arrival. Very good communication with hosts. The last comment is addressed only to people with mobility difficulties. In such case and considering that generally the town of Kavala is built in an amphitheatrical way, one will need a car to reach this wonderful apartment.

The apartment is in a great location in the west part of the city. Very clean, and it has all the amenities you may need. It comes with a parking spot for those who may rent a car. Highly recommended!

Very well organized with given clear check in instructions on time. Eventhough I haven’t mentioned preparing the sofa bed for sleeping, they have made the bed on their own knowing we’re with two small children. Will keep in mind for longer stay next time!

Πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης με τα πόδια. Ανακαινισμενο ζεστό διαμέρισμα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Βρήκα αυτό ακριβώς που ζητούσα σε κόστος και σε ποιότητα. Το μόνο που χρειάζεται νομίζω είναι καινούργια στρώματα στα κρεβάτια.

Τελειο το σπιτι!! Δεν βρηκα κανενα ψεγαδι!!πραγματικά value for money!!Eυχαριστω πολυ κυριε Χρηστο!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Private Blue Suite in Neos Marmaras und fanden eine wunderschön gestaltete und zentral gelegene Wohnung vor, bei der wir die Ausblicke zu allen Tageszeiten und bei jedem Wetter durch die beiden großen Terrassen genießen konnten. Die Unterstützung der Gastgeber war immer gegeben. Der Hafen mit all den umgebenden Läden und Restaurants ist einfach fußläufig zu erreichen, wenn man unter Menschen sein wollte. Wenn man dann aber Ruhe haben will, ist es nur ein kurzer Weg, um sich in die Wohnung und auf die Terrassen zurückzuziehen. Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.
