Excellent place and location. I went in the winter and was pleasantly surprised.

it was all wonderful! The hostess is very nice and helpful. The small bamboo nest was a really lovingly furnished accommodation. We highly recommend!

Good hostess amazing place . Eirini was always available when we needed her . The house and all the facilities was very clean . Dog friendly we had our baby 🐕 with us big yard for her to play . The experience was really nice with the projector in the jacuzzi. We will prefer it again for sure .

George and his prople were very polite and responsive. Had a 24/7 smile on their face. Very hospitable and great hosts. The place is exactly as shown on the photos. They have greek coffee maker, kettle, electric miny bbq, fridge for each room. The room was crystal clear and had a/c, even a machine for mosquitos was provided, a private bathroom for each room which was decent. Parking for the car outside the room and a private table with chairs to sit otside the room. Hangers for clothes to dry. Thanks George we will deffinitely visit again!

With Mr. George there was excellent communication. the house is like in the photos and the area that is outside Veria does not bother you at all. strategic point for excursions to Florina Naoussa Kastoria all about an hour and a half away. The heating was adequate for the month we went to and everything was great!

We had a wonderful time in the small tiny cottage in the middle of the olive grove – totally idyllic and perfect for our big dog, who could really flourish there. Lots of space, lots of shade, and we also had a really good time on the loungers and in the beautiful seating areas. Birgid is super warm, always available and has great tips for the area – whether culture or good food. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

In a very short walking distance to the sea and far enough from the hustle and bustle in Leptokarya center, yet within walking distance. Very nice place to stay with everything you could need. Very kind and helpful landlord.

nice room, good place

Staying in this beach hut was the best idea for the beginning of our trip in chalkidiki. Air conditioning, comfy bed, cute bathroom next door, and immersion in nature. The room is small but you will feel at home. The fridge was very useful. Do book this accommodation, but do make sure you know where the location is in advance. Can be tricky to find.

Amazing place with great hosts! The communication was super easy and friendly. Everything in and around the house was so nice we didn’t want to leave - the green yard, the almost private beach, the calm sea.

It was great staying there

We liked the house very much. It is cozy and spacious. The bed was comfortable. We had everything that we needed. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and great for relaxation. The area is picturesque, and it was very pleasant to explore it. The beach is really close, just 2 minutes walk away. We definitely would like to visit this place again.

Very nice!

The cabin is a beautiful stone building that is very spacious inside. The patio is exceptional - a tranquil spot in busy Sithonia. We loved sitting there mornings and evenings enjoying the peace and quiet. The local beach is tiny and the walk is downhill (i.e., uphill on the way back!). However, we loved the nearby beaches at Agios Nikolaos and Keridi. The kitchen in the cabin is an awkward space to work in but that didn't spoil our stay. The large fridge freezer was a blessing. Blerim was very warm and welcoming - a charming man and a perfect host. We were sorry not to see him to say goodbye to him and the cats - Magda, Hans & Vietnam. Thank you Blerim & Angeliki.
