Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Decentralized Administration of Macedonia and Thrace

Maria hat uns bei unserer Ankunft persönlich in Empfang genommen und in alles eingewiesen. Unsere Wohnung war Teil einer sehr schönen alten Villa mit großen alten Bäumen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und hat einen großen Balkon, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Petros Einsatz nach dem Ausfall des WLAN. Er hat umgehend darauf reagiert und für Abhilfe gesorgt, hilfreich waren all seine Tipps zu Ausflugszielen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, Lokale, Geschäfte und Bars gut zu Fuß und in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Maria und Petros waren für uns hervorragende Gastgeber.

Ιδανική επιλογή για διαμονή στην πόλη της Ορεστιάδας! Όλοι οι χώροι και οι εγκαταστάσεις του σπιτιού αξίζουν πραγματικά. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος με την κοινόχρηστη αυλή χαρίζει μια άλλη ωραία αίσθηση στην πολυκατοικία. Ο εσωτερικός χώρος πεντακάθαρος, άνετος και θα σας κάνουν να νιώσετε πως είστε σαν τον σπίτι σας. Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής, και πραγματικά όλες οι παροχές και οι εγκαταστάσεις ξεπέρασαν τις προσδοκίες μου. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ φιλόξενος, φιλικός και πρόθυμος να σε βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε. Η τοποθεσία του σπιτιού ιδανική και ακριβώς στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Nikos was always responsive and all answers we got in less than 1 min. This is second time we stayed in the apt and worth every money. It was clean, worm apt, everything you need. Also apt is is fantastic area, walking distane 5 min to the Tsimitski street, at the corner of the street, 5m away is bakery an great gyros accross Masoutis..so you have everything you need. Parking(5 eur per h) is also in the street, if you want to stay overnight it was 25 eur. Buy you can get parking space free of chsrge on the streets but need to circle sometime for 15-20min of if you are lucky you can get it in 1 min. Overall fatastic location and apt for 3-4 people but for sleeping. If you are 2 than it is good even for longer stay.

Super clean and modern place as soon as you enter the place it smelt fresh and clean very modern everything you need nice coffee machine! Lovely decor really lovely place a nice outside area great location will definitely return to this place great host couldn't ask for more!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I have been Airbnb-ing in Greece for a long time, and this is by far one of the absolute best places we’ve stayed. Sparkling clean, quiet, spacious, modern, with all the amenities, amazingly comfortable bed, super fast wifi, superb shower, and everything within walking distance, from beaches to shops to tavernas to bakeries to grocery stores. Ioanna was always accessible and so helpful when our flight was changed due to COVID, and when we did arrive, made our stay absolutely perfect, with local tips, local flavours, and just overall kindness and Greek hospitality. It’s all the modern amenities one hopes for with all the traditional Greek island vibe one travels for. We cannot wait to come back! Best accommodation on the island!

Πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο στούντιο στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης, έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση με τα πόδια , βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην Εγνατία , την οδό Αριστοτέλους κλπ. Καθαρό, περιποιημένο, άνετο στρώμα, όλα υπέροχα! Σίγουρα θα το πρότεινα και θα το ξαναεπισκεφτώ! Οι ιδιοκτήτες φιλικοί και άμεσοι, σαφείς ως προς τις οδηγίες, το check in απλό , γρήγορο και εύκολο.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία! Εύκολη πρόσβαση με τα πόδια στο κέντρο! Υπάρχει και ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ πολύ κοντά στο δωμάτιο! Πολύ καθαρό και η Μαρία πολύ εξυπηρετική! Θα το προτιμήσω σίγουρα ξανά!

The place is clean and cozy. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, especailly on the porches, which were great for relaxation. Our kids saw many animals in the vicinity. The beach is a 5 min drive from the property.

Το σπίτι είναι πανέμορφο και οι ιδιοκτήτες φιλικοί κι εξυπηρετικοί. Όσες φορές τους χρειαστήκαμε ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα. Πολύ καλή επιλογή για ήρεμες διακοπές, βόλτες στα γύρω χωριά και το Παγγαίο. Το προτείνω με κλειστά μάτια!

We had a fantastic stay during 10 days at Christo’s house. The house was clean and had everything we needed, very good beds, lovely terrace and other outdoor spaces, beautiful garden area. The house is well situated, in a nice surrounding (the road did not disturb us at all, basically no traffic in late evening/night, so very quiet - on the contrary it made it easy to move around with our rental car). The Toroni beach is a less than 10 minutes walk away and is very nice. In Toroni you will find a good convenience store, tavernas etc. The neighbouring Porto Koufo is worth a visit for its excellent fish and seafood. The owners gave us a warm welcome and we felt very much at home during our stay. We would definitely come back!

Loli made me and all my fiends feel right at home and the villa and the beach exceeded all our expectations:) I would recommend this to all my friends and family and come back myself aswell ❤️

Staying at Diana's house has been a wonderful experience. The house was spotlessly clean, convenient, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. It easily fit more people. We were a group of eight and always had enough dishes, cutlery and space to sit all together. We loved the seating areas outside the house. At any time of the day there was a spot in the shade where you could eat or just chill and enjoy the stunning nature around. Some of us regularly took a nap on the sofa outside. As mentioned by Diana, the beach was stoney and there were urchins, so shoes were definitely needed. The water was very clear and it was perfect for snorkelling. Plenty of sea life to see. Easy to paddle or row to other nearby beaches or to a cliff jumping spot if you feel adventurous. While the village and the organised beaches were quite busy, we were mostly by ourselves. Diana has been an amazing host - very friendly, caring and helpful. Overall, a place to come back to!

Our stay at George's place was great. The house was clean, comfortable and right at the beach. Antonis was responsive and very helpful with recommendations

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Antonias Haus. Der Check in lief unkompliziert, die Kommunikation war sehr gut und angenehm. Im Haus war alles was man benötigte, besonders den großen Pool muss man hervorheben und der schöne gepflegte Garten mit all den Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind schnell erreichbar. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft unbedingt weiter und würden wieder buchen.

The villa was amazing and the response and hospitality were excellent. We really enjoyed all the facilities which were of a high standard and as described. Definitely recommend and would love to come back again

Georgia is a wonderful host. Helpful and unbelievably nice, she does everything in her power to make your stay the best and the most comfortable. The village of Epanomi is a delight, with the warmest people. We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back. Georgia, you're the best!

Nice, cozy flat, with a great view towards the Old Town with the Med in the background. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood and everything's in walking distance. There's a dedicated parking spot in front of the building, so one can leave their car there and explore Kavala on foot. Panaretos, the host, is very friendly and responsive, and will guide you to make the best of the city. We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely check it out again in the future.

Η διαμονή μας στο διαμέρισμα της Άννας ήταν υπέροχη! Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο, λειτουργικό, και όμορφο ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης σε ένα ήσυχο πεζόδρομο. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Κάναμε check in αρκετά νωρίτερα από την προκαθορισμένη ώρα και check out αρκετά αργότερα από την προκαθορισμένη ώρα.

Ομορφος και καθαρός χώρος, καλή επικοινωνία με ιδιοκτήτρια, αν ξαναβρεθώ Θεσσαλονίκη θα το προτιμήσω, ήδη το έχω συστήσει σε φίλους

Efcharistó I loved my stay. So close to the conference centre. Cosy and perfect work from home spot. My mark of a good airbnb is how I feel when I walk in. I felt at home, comfortable and safe. Dimitris was excellent at responding to my messages and met me when I arrived. Which was late and I’d been delayed as well. So went above and beyond. Thank you and hope to be back one day!
