Beautifully designed room with a small but well-equipped kitchen, comfy bed, beautiful shower with 24hr hot water, lovely balcony, and great Jacuzzi. The place is close to the center, just minutes away from the Acropolis museum and Syntagma square, and near public transportation. The communication with the staff was excellent, and they even arranged an early check-in for us. Because the residence is located at a busy crossroads, it is a bit noisy. Another detail that disturbed us was its slightly high price. Nonetheless, those details did not diminish our satisfaction and enjoyment of our stay, and we recommend the place.

Everything was just perfect! I spent my first night after my wedding there and it was everything i hoped for. Highly recommended if you want a beautiful apartment with everything you desire. Congrats to the owner for being such a talkative and communicative individual. I would visit the place again in a heartbeat.

I stayed in the home for 2 days, one of the best houses I've seen in my life with countless amenities and spotless spaces and in a very good area, K. Stathis Very kind and solved any questions we had, Definitely one of the best homes in the area I highly recommend it!

It was fantastic. I loved that robes were also provided— such a luxurious added detail. It was a wonderful place to return to after long days of walking. The only thing I would keep in mind to future guests is that the bathroom is tiny and may be difficult if you have more than 1 person with you. But, honestly, this place is so thought out! I’m big on having a comfortable bed and pillows when staying anywhere, and this place had both! Highly recommend and definitely would stay again.

This apartment is fantastic—one of the best we’ve stayed in Athens. It offers spacious rooms, a stylish and modern design, and is immaculately clean with all the necessary amenities. The hosts, Nikos and his wife, are incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail. We’re hoping to find this place available the next time we’re in Athens.

From the first moment I contacted the host was very friendly and helpful as there was the immediate response from him.The location was impeccable and there was privacy.The spaceswere spotless and the hospitality of 8 people was very comfortable.Itwas worth the last euro!

Absolutely beautiful house in a very safe and practical location, with many attractions in walking distance. Even in October I managed to do some swimming but the real draw for me was enjoying the views in all directions, of the sea, the mountains, sunrises and the full moon over the water. If you are wanting to experience the beauty of Greece just thirty minutes from Athens and thirty seconds to the beach I don’t think you will find a better house. We found everything we need, and the hosts are lovely and incredibly helpful people.

Tatyana made us feel very welcome, first through direct communications by email, then by notes and items left for us to use in the house. Tatyana's neighbour Veta who lives across the road was incredibly warm, attentive and supportive, allowing us access to the property (at 130am), cooking us a meal on the first day, and continuously checking and advising us as well as delivering a steady stream of Eggplant salad, olives, figs and other items, she even took us to the local market to buy some bargain foods. The house is situated on a fairly busy thoroughfare within a national park - the scenery is beautiful with pine trees all around; the short walk through the woods to the beach is easy and the water was beautiful and clear, great for swimming or snorkelling. We spent several days in Athens and also did some driving around to different ancient sites. Everything was very clean and the garden immaculate, beds were comfortable and there was a great range of cooking utensils. Although in some respects it was a shame not to have a TV to watch the Olympics, my children benefited by having less screen time! I used the barbecue a few times, cooking with the freely available pine cones (another top tip from Veta and her husband) There was lots of fascinating wildlife including little owls, green tree frogs, butterflies, tortoises (wild!), praying mantis as well as lots of different plants and flowers.

The house was impeccable in every way, we had a great time and look forward to planning our next visit...Very kind of the owner's parents and very helpful!!!! highly recommend ❤️

Very cosy place, clean and spacious. Also well situated near a metro station.

We were quite late in the evening arriving and was warmly welcomed. Watermelon, peaches, wine, bottled water, treats and more awaited us. The place was so homey, we felt right at home. There is not one thing I can say negative about this property. The outside area is simply gorgeous and the pool was taken care of daily. Response to issues, my own fault, was immediate and so appreciated as first I locked myself out and then I didn’t know how to use the oven. :) It was taken care of in literally minutes. The bed was so comfortable as was the couch in the living room. A delicious bottle of wine from their lemon tree in the yard was given to us on departure, as well as an offer to check out later if needed. Do not hesitate to stay here, it truly is all it claims to be. We hope to be back some day.

Firstly Maria is the best host , she provided us a flexible check-in time , had already water and cold drinks for us in the fridge which where much needed on such hot day and had turned on the aircon so we can find the house fresh , although it does remain fresh and doesn't get too hot even on such hot days , it was greatly appreciated . The listing had everything one might need , from kitchenware to cooking essentials to toiletries everything was there . The house itself is amazing , spacious, with garden many beds to divide a big group and 3 aircons, rustic style with beautifull furniture and decor. Spotless clean !! Locationwise it is pretty close to the beaches and beach bars and to the event places so very very convenient but still not too close so you can enjoy a quiet night and rest peacefully aswell. Maria gave us very helpfull recommendations and brochures with great restaurants that you can order from. Whenever I am in the area I would definitely book the same house.
