This Airbnb is highly recommended! The host, Theodoros, and his mother, Eleni, are incredibly responsive and take excellent care of their guests. The apartment is very well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the beach and the ferry terminal to Elafonisos. Thank you so much – we had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back next time!

Exactly as described, yes it is a little isolated but that’s not a bad thing after a week of hustle and bustle in Athens

Book it ! Very friendly hosts and a modern, big, clean Airbnb. Even has a lemon tree. Highly recommend and would stay again when in Athens.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν απλά απίστευτο – πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις προμήθειες που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικός, πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής ήταν εξαιρετική. Σίγουρα αξίζει όλα του τα χρήματα και με το παραπάνω! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επέλεγα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

The studio apartment is compact but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great TV and sound system and very comfortable bed. The outdoor space although shared is perfect to relax, eat, drink or sunbathe. The location is very peaceful and serine being close to a couple of good restaurants(one gave a discount for staying at the apartment) and only a 15 minutes walk into the main town. The welcome pack of food and drink was the best we’ve ever experienced although the cooking utensils are quite limited. Stamatia’s communication and recommendations were great.

What an amazing apartment. Fantastic location with stunning views, yet very private - no one else was in the complex while we were there. Lots of facilities; the big barbecue and pool were our absolute favourite. 😉 Panos was a great host - very quick to respond and shares tips for places to see and restaurants. Just make sure to bring enough mosquito repellent, if you don’t want to end up as insect dinner.

We had an amazing 5 nights on Spetses staying in Venia’s apartment. It is extremely close to all the bars and restaurants but also very peaceful and quiet. The location is wonderful and the apartment had everything we needed. Venia was always very responsive to my messages and is very friendly and welcoming. Spetses is a beautiful island to visit - I highly recommend a trip here and a stay at this apartment.

Great view from the patio. Very modern and clean. Great location near the coast beach clubs and posiden temple.

We had a fantastic stay at Lila’s place. An amazing penthouse apartment which was bigger that it looked in the photos. Big south facing balcony with sun for the majority of the day and a great large hot tub. Clean and modern interiors. Good location with shops and coffee shops at a walkable distance. Would definitely stay again.

Tout était parfait. Nous avons été reçus et traités comme des rois. Dîner en amoureux loin de la foule Athénienne et profiter du jacuzzi en admirant le coucher du soleil, puis se réveiller le matin toujours avec cette même vue incroyable sur l’acropole sont des moments de vie privilégiés que mon épouse et moi garderons longtemps en mémoire… Merci Agis et Gina ❤️❤️

I had to spend two nights at Themis place and it was an amazing stay. The location is phenomenal quiet safe and very polite neighbors, the apartment it self was stunning clean with everything you might need, needles to say the patio is in my opinion the best place of the appartment jacuzzi is fantastic to relax and decompress. The host was excellent I had to contact him a couple of times for advice and he was always quick to respond and more than willing to help. All and all this appartment is a must book if you are considering to stay in Athens. Highly recommended.

This place was incredible. I stayed there with my husband and two daughters. The view from the living room and one of the bedrooms was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The one facing the water and the street was noisy but a pair of earplugs help me sleep through the night. And I woke up to the most wonderful view. I recommend this place highly. Dionisis was very responsive. His recommendation for dinner was great. He even gifted us a bottle of Hercules white wine! We had breakfast and delicious coffee just downstairs from our place. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Athens!

We could not have had a more responsive host! Not only did he solve our elevator problems, he made outstanding recommendations and connections for airport pickup and boat trip. His recs were top notch! The apartment is exactly as pictured and the views are spectacular. I highly recommend booking this apartment and don’t miss the bakery around the corner and great local restaurants. As a host, he went above and beyond to make this stay one of the best Airbnb stays i’ve had. Thank you again for meeting and exceeding our expectation.

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

The apartment was beautifully decorated. Alfiario met us at the apartment and explained how everything worked and gave lots of helpful restaurant recommendations . She even arranged the airport transfers which made everything seemless. Thank you soo much!!

Location, location, location. 1/2 block from the main square. It’s very busy but you can walk to everything. View from balcony of the Acropolis is from the side but it’s still great. We walked in different directions every day. Many, many restaurants, taverns everywhere. Check out the rooftop restaurant right on the corner. You enter the elevators right near the subway. Worth the stop. If you’re up to it, walk a number of blocks away from the main tourist areas or grab the subway (right next door)to find restaurants with better bang for the buck. We took the subway out when we left, super easy to do even with luggage and straight to the airport. The host was very helpful and very responsive.

Parfait. Konstantinos est très attentionné. Il est toujours joignable. Et que dire de l'appartement ? Fantastique, vue extraordinaire. 25 min à pieds de l'Acropole. Nous nous en souviendrons longtemps.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

I can only hope that on my next trip to Athens, this airbnb is available. It was by far the best airbnb I booked on my trip to Greece. I didn’t necessarily expect things like towel heaters and security doors for the glass sliding doors. There are two levels and two patios actually, which I didn’t even realize. It was nice to have so much included. I also didn’t realize there were two bathrooms, and the couch pulls out as well. My only note is that it was very windy while we were there, but I think as a rule of thumb, the jacuzzi needs to be covered in order to heat up properly in April. I am not familiar with operating outdoor jacuzzis, so this was not obvious to me. Otherwise, everything was so nice. Our local friends who came over took pictures of our view. It’s a great, comfortable, easy, homey spot! Five stars!
