Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Deauville

From the beginning a warm welcome from Julie, and a warm feeling when entering the house. A beautiful, cozily furnished house, with all amenities. Located in a quiet, green area. Plenty of privacy, large garden where the children could play. The location of the house is convenient, to combine with trips in Normandy. Such as the landing beaches, Honfleur. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, an experience not to forget!!

It is a perfect compromise between relaxation and city center. The listing is consistent with reality. We stayed in good conditions; impeccable accommodation, very well located!

Very tranquil with an extremely comfortable bed. We would have stayed longer if possible. Proximity of boulangerie and little restaurant was a boon! Perfect if you are looking for peace & nature.

The most stunning and fairy tale looking house that I have ever seen, it’s surrounded by nature, the beach is super near. The owner of the property was very kind. The only thing that I would advise is to come with a car if the plan is to move around and visit towns. It’s super difficult and expensive to get Ubers or taxis. Overall this was a beautiful experience and we would’ve loved to stay longer.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Not only was the home cozy and beautifully appointed, but the tranquil surroundings and farmland were spectacular. Highly recommend!

A house literally on the beach!! The accommodation is exceptional, perfectly equipped ,ideally located, you can do anything on foot , moreover Bertrand is very friendly and responsive, I highly recommend 🥰😍👌🏻👍🏻

Great stay! The house is nice, clean and well equipped, exactly as in the pictures. The surroundings are just as charming, perfect for relaxing. The host was very responsive and thoughtful — even to bring us an infuser at the last minute, it was really lovely! We would recommend it without hesitation.

We really enjoyed Joel and Jocelyne's house. More beautiful and spacious than the photos suggest, it was perfectly clean. Our hosts were most welcoming and the tips for enjoying the area were endless. The house is located on a beautiful plot. Our only downside is that it is not allowed to enjoy this nature since the walk to the tenants is only allowed on a small plot around the house. But that's really our only downside. One of our best Airbnb Experiences. The apartment is a real pleasure to live in, between the sunny terrace and the comfortable interior. The orientation is ideal for enjoying the sun with a view of the port. In less than 10 minutes on foot, you can reach Deauville, the beach, or Trouville via the ferry — perfect for picking up fresh seafood. All the accessories to enjoy a tray are also available in the kitchen. Special mention for games and equipment for children, both for indoors and for the beach. A big thank you to Catherine and Mélanie for their warm welcome.

Everything was perfect and perfectly organized by Florence. Thank you for that :-) The communication was completely unproblematic. I would like to point out 2 small things, but they do not lead to a deduction of stars, because I felt incredibly comfortable and would have liked to stay longer. I have not found a place to store the clothes. I also thought it was a shame that I couldn't park in the residence parking lot. I understood that a private parking space is available. Thank you for the welcome gift!! I enjoyed the delicious cider in the evening on the wonderful terrace :-)

Philippe is a great host, who is very responsive and very flexible. The apartment is great, right on the seafront and very easy to access with all necessary things provided!

Very tastefully furnished apartment on the ground floor with a large terrace. Everything as described with very good seating and sleeping furniture(!) Bedroom with shutters. Secure parking space for cars on enclosed premises. Overall, a quiet location with short walks to the sea and to the boulangerie, restaurants, shops and market hall.

Excellent location, on the 6th floor, with sea view and sunset, beach access less than 50 m and access to the center of Cabourg by the dike less than 500 m on foot. In addition, small well-appointed apartment. We'll remember the address!

Beautiful views and well-catered. Check in was easy with Katrin who spoke very good English, which was good because our French isn't great! Cabourg itself is lovely and only a 5-10 min walk away.

We were delighted with our stay at Martine's! A very nice, welcoming, available and accommodating person! The apartment is ideally located, very clean, with all the necessary comforts for a couple and 50 meters from the beach! Not to mention Deauville, which is 10 minutes away, and the landing beaches, which are an hour's drive away! We highly recommend Martine for a romantic getaway :)
