Beautiful home located in the centre of Canterbury. Alizja was a brilliant host. Great communication before arrival, throughout and on departure. We would definitely recommend this location and hope to stay again when visiting. The car park opposite was also a bonus. Canterbury has some beautiful places to explore. We recommend the good shed for wine and small plates and the refectory kitchen for brunch.

Perfect little cottage. Excellently equipped, clean and the surroundings were stunning. Lovely little church at the end of the road was such a treat. I particularly enjoyed being two doors down from a lovely bakery/coffee shop which came in very handy for breakfast. Everything you could need being within 5 min walking distance meant it was unnecessary to feel like you needed to travel all over. Great stay.

A comfy, clean and central location. Good for a family with teens. We had everything we needed and communication was prompt. Enjoyed a day trip to Dover Castle and Mass downtown. Very easy to get to by foot. Thank you for a lovely stay! May God bless you!

The barn was beautifully decorated. Clean and very homely. It had plenty of room and was amazing ,with everything we needed for our stay .The outdoor space was perfect again we had good seating,a bbq ,a fire pit and a wood burning hot tub which was perfect and was ready to use when we arrived .We were surrounded by nature it was stunning. Lisa was amazing , she knew exactly what we needed. Her responses were quick and helpful a perfect host and very kind .Lisa was on hand if you needed her but we had perfect privacy . Nothing was too much trouble .I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Location wise was really good ,not far from Sandwich,Ash and the east coast is a short drive away . Beautiful walks , woodland and totally safe for our little dog . I only wish we could have stayed longer , it was the perfect place for peace and tranquility. Thank you Lisa

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Just experienced the most perfect 3 day stay, in an absolutely ideal location in Rye. A spotlessly clean, stunning character filled property with low beams, wonky walls and sloping floors, which all add to it's wonderful charm. A very responsive, helpful and kind host, who really wants you to enjoy your time there. No questions too hard and always a very warm prompt response from Becky. We would 100% recommend this property and host, if your looking to book the perfect getaway in Rye. We had a wonderful Christmas in this beautiful seaside cottage! A big thank you to Spencer for allowing us to stay with our 3 cheeky dachshunds. The house was decorated beautifully, was immaculate and very cosy. The fridge was empty for our use and we had some tea/coffee/dishwasher tablets along with other useful items for our stay. The linen and towels were provided and there were plenty of dog beds too. It is round the corner from 3 great pubs and we did a daily walk into Walmer along the front (which took just over an hour) and it was very serene. Overall a perfect stay, very reasonably priced and dog friendly so we couldn’t ask for any more! We would definitely consider staying again next time we are in Kingsdown. Thank you!

we love this home in Birchington. it is always spotlessly clean, everything very accessible . all amenities are so close and has excellent transport links to local areas and to London.

Larissas garden is absolutely beautiful, the pool and hot tub were fantastic. My daughters and dog absolutely loved having so much space in the garden to run about. The barn is gorgeous, has all amenities and is with a couple of minutes walk from a great pub.

Nice and relaxing place. Very well equipped especially the kitchen area. Welcoming big basket, even milk and butter in the fridge and ice cream. A little bit more cleaning needed and carpets especially. But a great ans beautiful place to stay, very friendly and communicative hosts.

We had a lovely week in Plantagenet and really cannot recommend it enough; the cottage really exceeded our expectations. The garden is phenomenal. It was a private and tranquil escape and our collie thoroughly enjoyed doing laps of the large garden despite the rainy weather. We loved it from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave. The cottage is well equipped, has a great cosy ambiance with lots of indoor and outdoor game options no matter what the weather. The communication with Tim&Maite was friendly and responsive, we particularly appreciated the slightly late check out. We are hoping to book again soon with more of our family joining us.

What can I say. Other than simply perfect. Natalie and Peter went truly above and beyond. The place was decorated so nicely for my 30th birthday. Everywhere was clean, and simply breath taking. Nothing was too much, I even had a blister and Natalie went and got me some plasters. The yurt is stunning, the little Annex you get with it was so lovely just to chill and watch tv in. The outdoor bath was perfect to sit and chill and look up at the stars. I’ve never experienced an air BnB like I did this weekend, it was one of a kind. I definitely will be going back! X

This was our second visit to the Lighthouse and it still is an amazing place, from the panoramic sea views to a lovely warm inviting home. A dip in the pool before breakfast, sitting with a coffee watching the seascape, as far as Essex and beyond, sunsets and so much more. I will make the same comment as I did last, this goes for the whole of our party across 3 generations and the dogs, the only bad thing about the Lighthouse is having to leave. Hopefully this will not be our last visit.

Angela’s van was the perfect getaway for us and our two young children - everything was exactly as described and the van was well equipped with everything you could possibly need! The site the van is on is clean, tidy and has great amenities for families. Would definitely recommend!

The house is perfectly located, literally on the seafront and just minutes from Deal town centre. Was perfectly sized for us (two adults / two small children). Lots of quirky character, with everything we needed. Host was super responsive in all communications. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place and an amazing location in the centre of Margate!

Great location on the front and great sea views and a comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights. Anita was very friendly and helpful at check-in and left biscuits, milk and other bits and pieces for us to settle in. I'd definitely recommend this as a place to spend a couple of nights.

James was a great host, incredibly helpful and very quick to respond to queries. wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Had a lovely stay here. Peaceful location, friendly host (and spaniel who dropped in for a visit) and the hut is nice. Clean, cosy and I appreciated the small touches like fresh flowers and milk, would definitely return

Great stay, Victoria left some very generous provisions which were much appreciated. Wonderful location, 2mins to the beach and 15mins walk into the centre of Deal. The house was gorgeous and very thoughtfully decorated. My kids (5&7) and I loved it.

I wish I could have stayed so much longer. I love Jill and James' place. Perfectly furnished and equipped. I did so much i.e. walked along the coast from Kingsdown to Walmer and Deal and today walked to St Margaret's Cliffe. That is only with 2 nights. Very peaceful. James and Jill are so accommodating and very friendly, always ready to help or recommend what to do and which way to go. I hope I can return and stay longer.

A lovely cottage with easy on street parking and very close to the town and local amenities. Regan was an excellent host and was very responsive and helpful before and throughout our stay. The bi-fold doors opened up the kitchen/dinning area and with the small court yard made it an excellent space for eating and socialising. I would highly recommend the cottage and Regan’s hosting and we will definitely be coming back.
