Holiday rentals with breakfast in Deal

We cannot praise Karen and Dave’s studio highly enough. Their home is surrounded by fields of pear trees and a beautiful garden. The decor is tasteful, comfortable and every detail has been thought about. Most importantly, it was spotlessly clean. We were greeted on arrival by Karen, our host, who showed us around our studio and gifted us fresh milk and home-baked cookies. In the morning, Karen had left us more fresh milk for our coffee and we were welcome to sit in their delightful garden. And then the crowning glory, breakfast is included! We were shown into the breakfast room which overlooks the pear fields and a Norman church - stunning. And what a breakfast … sourdough break and cinnamon buns baked by Karen and a delicious breakfast cooked by hubby Dave. Better than you’d get in a five star hotel .. oh and there was granola, fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt and local apple juice. Thank you both for a really lovely stay.

Tara’s place is very cosy and it is in the perfect location in Whitstable for a family who wants a bit of comfort and peace from the buzz in the town’s high street. On top of this, Tara is a super friendly and responsive host. We travelled with a couple of kids and our pup and we felt right at home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

Perfectly located right across the road from the town and 5 minutes to the beach. Easy check in and space for the car which was very useful. Everything nice and clean and host there to show us in and around as we arrived.

The top floor bedroom in this property is just the most wonderful space it has ever been my pleasure to wake up in!! The house is so light and sunny with a glorious view of all the greeenery that is the beginning of the dunes. The property was very well equipped and the beds and bedding were so comfy, so much so that the friend I went with has ordered one of the beds as she said she hadn’t slept so well in years! Camber Sands and the dunes are absolutely stunning, such an amazing facility right on the doorstep. All in all, a really great stay and I will definitely be back - thanks Fran .

Was very clean and modern mutual interior. This was my mums dream home perfect size for the 4 of us. The communication was very speedy.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The Annexe was perfect. Spotlessly clean and Nikki & Colin were very welcoming. They couldn’t have done more. Nikki is a super host plus. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’re planning to return in the near future. Thanks so much.

We spent a few days here and were all blown away by the space! It’s modern and interesting and perfectly curated for a relaxing stay. The outside area is a haven and the hot tub, a wonderful bonus. Ben was an exceptionally friendly host and made us feel welcome in the space, giving us recommendations and if we bumped into him, he always asked how we were - it made the experience even better. It is by far the best Air BnB I have stayed in!

Wonderful cottage, great location near the nature reserve. Really comfy beds and wonderful hosts who looked after us with welcome milk/bread and all the baby cot and highchair set up for our arrival. We’ll come back for sure!

We stayed at Daniel’s apartment for a long weekend away and had a really lovey time. The apartment was just like the photos, was clean and had everything we needed. Daniel provided crumpets on arrival, butter jam and milk which was very much appreciated! The place is in the perfect location, in walking to distance to the harbour and local pubs and cafes. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

Great location for old town and Turner Contemporary. Really nice second floor flat with views of beach. Clean and well appointed. Good bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Kind of Sally to provide some essential vittles. Parking available close by at the Turner, 2 minutes walk away across the road. Excellent stay.

Was so lovely and beautiful even better than we thought it was going to be, beakfasts and welcome pack and doggy welcome packs were very cute! Would stay here again in a heart beat x

Enjoyed our second visit with Antony and Gonzalo. Had stayed 6 weeks in 2019 and became friends with them then. Made it a point to spend 3 nights with them on this trip and it felt like old home week. Antony is very knowledgeable about architecture and grand British homes so he can offer advice on where you may be able to see historic buildings and interesting houses. We hope to visit with them again on any future trip to England.

Lovely stay at this property - it had everything we needed including a great view to the Dungeness lighthouse. Hosts were really helpful and responsive. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Staying with Niki was like visiting a long time friend. From the moment we arrived we instantly felt at home. She shared stories and recommendations and then left us to it. She cooked us amazing breakfasts, and was a pleasure to come back to after our days out. The place was really tidy and decorated beautifully, the bed was super comfy, and she made it extra special as she knew it was for our birthdays. We would absolutely recommend staying with Niki (and cheeky little Benji)!!

The Airbnb is peaceful and surrounded by stunning gardens which our daughter loved exploring - even more beautiful than the photos in real life 😊 Comfortable bed, with everything you need in the Airbnb itself and lovely breakfast each morning. Carol and Guy were so welcoming and we loved meeting Marv their dog, they were always easily contactable and gave us local recommendations. Highly recommend - thank you! Xx

Absolutely perfect ! Vivian was so great at getting in touch, very responsive to messages and very helpful with directions and information. She kindly offered us a slightly earlier check in for a quick outfit change for a wedding we added at Westenhanger castle, Vivian even said she would take us her in her car to the venue which we were so grateful for. She went above and beyond for us. Very much appreciated. The room was clean, it was pleasant enough for my sister and I to stay. We were greeted with a smile and lovely manor, we felt right at home. We would definitely book with Vivian again for any other wedding we have that way. Food in the morning was beautiful, scrambled egg on toast, we had fruit and pasties, also fresh orange and a range of coffee and tea all in our room. Amazing!!!. I was very happy with my stay at Nicolas - it was as described, clean and comfortable. Nicola was very friendly and helpful. I was familiar with the area and her place was a great location.

Sonia and her husband we're wonderful hosts who made me feel right at home. The short time I spent with them they we're friendly and accommodating to my dietary requirements. I felt safe and secure, the home was lovely and clean.

My spouse and I had a great time at Kate's place. It was beautiful, like staying in an old country estate, just what we wanted! We were treated to breakfast and helpful tips of what to see in the area, it felt like a genuine B&B which is also what we were looking for! Thanks Kate!

We had such a wonderful stay at Ann’s place! She kindly accepted our booking at the very last minute, which we were incredibly grateful for. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home—welcoming us with a lovely glass of wine. Her home was absolutely spotless, offering the perfect mix of comfort and privacy. We truly appreciated how respectful and attentive Ann was throughout our stay—always available if needed, but never intrusive. The setting was incredibly quiet, which made for a peaceful and restful night. And the breakfast she prepared for us in the morning? Absolutely divine. Jan’s place is just lovely, set in beautiful countryside and stunning gardens. Peaceful and quiet. Super generous continental breakfast. Comfy huge SK bed. We enjoyed interacting with Badger the dog too. Thanks for a great stay Jan.
