Quiet in the middle of the bustle, convenient for food and drink, convenient for transportation

The house is clean and comfortable, suitable for one to two people. The location of the house is close to the Taipei Train Station, hence, very convenient for going to other places or leaving for the airport. The house location and staying instruction provided are clear and the response is quick. The owner is kind. I needed to go to the airport at 4:00 am, the owner even provides me instruction of commute. Overall, it is a very enjoyable stay!

Very clean and modern looking place, mom commented afew times that staying here felt like we’re staying at a hotel! Had a few issues during our stay but the host was always quick to respond to my messages and provided resolutions which I appreciate. Area also has lots of restaurants, markets and is close to the train station. Would recommend to others

Good for family travel, there is a creek nearby to play, not much to do nearby, but if it's time to relax, enjoy a reunion, it's a good place.

The apartment was huge & spotless—everything felt new and well-maintained, which made settling in super comfortable. The views from the place were a nice surprise too, overlooking the vibrant city streets below and the river it really gave me that “I’m in Taipei” feeling every morning. The location couldn’t be more convenient. Just steps away from all the restaurants, cafes, and shops in Ximending, plus only a short walk to the MRT station, +15 minutes To Taipei 101. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Taipei in Luxury western style condo.

To start with Ric is extremely responsive and supported always on any queries we had coming from a different country. The house is located in a very peaceful neighbourhood.The nearest metro station is at a walkable distance of few mins.The place has accessible groceries which are accessible at all hours.Loads of eateries are also present in the neighborhood. The house is very clean with all necessary amenities.Entry and exit at all hours is very convenient. I will strongly recommend anyone travelling to Taipei to stay here ! Thanks Ric 😊

The space was very clean, big, and conveniently located. The beds and the sofa were also very comfortable. The host was also very quick to respond and was very friendly. For the price I have absolutely no complaints. Everything was great.

First of all, I liked that the security in the apartment complex was tight. I couldn't take the elevator without a resident card key, so I was able to travel more comfortably than when using other Airbnb. It was nice to have Carrefour within a 5 minute walk in front of the house, and there was also a shuttle to Tamsui Station, so I didn't have to take a bus or taxi. It only took a 10-minute taxi ride to Warren Martou, so there wasn't much of a taxi fare. I contacted the host on the line and the feedback was very fast. He was kind, and there was plenty of check-in or check-out time. There are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, and they were all spacious and clean. In fact, there are not many hotels in the Tamsui area, and the location is vague, so it is difficult to find accommodation, but it is better and more spacious than any hotel, so it seems like a very good accommodation for many people to use together.

Ideal for a family to stay together, the house is fully equipped and all products of higher quality, which is difficult to provide in a general B&B.Gathering with the family, the space is also very good. Our family is very happy and memorable. I will have the opportunity to book again.

It was my first visit to Taiwan and I was very skeptical about finding a decent place. This one is exactly like described in the pictures and I easily felt at home. Karen was very responsive. I reached at 3 AM in the night. The night shift guy at reception did not know English and I had trouble making him understand that I needed keys. Then I showed him the email with the detailed instructions shared by Karen and it worked. This was the only glitch in my stay. The place was sparkling clean, very tastefully decorated with clean linen and bathroom. I just suggest to have some smaller extra cooking utensils. I am an Indian vegetarian and I carried a rice cooker with me which helped me a lot. I felt completely at home the way the home was kept. The patio was beautiful. It is also very close to an outlets mall, Starbucks, MRT high speed rail etc. Overall it was a great stay and the place I would prefer to go on my next visit as well. Thanks Karen!

The space is clean and spacious, close to Po Xin Station, and the rental process and housing experience are pleasant.Highly recommended for travelers who need a big space!

It is a unique place located at fishing village which is different from busy city Taipei. The town very quiet and there is no convenient store nearby. You can walk across the rainbow bridge from the homestay to Wei Zhu fishing market. We enjoy the harbour sunset scenery so much and dinner. Please remember to pre book taxi to airport cause can’t see taxi on street. Our landlady Michelle very helpful to call taxi for us cause we can’t make Taiwan call. Michelle very helpful and friendly easy to communicate. Short stay for early flight is suitable but remember to pre book taxi.

※ The host is very nice and responds to messages quite quickly ※ The house has a total of 5 floors, not a private building, but we were lucky that no other guests stayed that day ※ Elevator, clean room, clean toilet ※ 1st floor is a garage, 2 cars can be parked, indoor slippers need to be changed for check-in ※ 2nd floor is the living room, kitchen and dining room ※ The kitchen has everything you need (we searched for a mug for a long time and then found it in the drawer under the cabinet next to the refrigerator) The drinks in the refrigerator are provided by the host ※ Snacks, tea bags, instant noodles on the dining room table are all provided by the host ※ The TV is a smart TV ※ There are many PS4 games on the 2nd floor, many board games (in the drawer of the cabinet next to the stairs), and children's toys ※ 3rd, 4th floor are rooms, all 2 rooms. We are staying on the 4th floor this time. One of them has a bathtub. These 2 rooms are double beds + double sofa beds. If you open the sofa bed, the space will be a little small. ※ There is a mahjong table on the 5th floor, but the mahjong is in the drawer of the cabinet next to the stairs on the 2nd floor. The table is small. It is recommended to play small mahjong (big mahjong can also be played, but the table space is a bit narrow)

Because the house is very new, so the upstairs is still renovating during the day when you want to stay in a hotel to rest, but it starts banging and banging the decoration can't sleep asleep at 8am But other than that, it's perfect. There is a whole family downstairs. It is a 7-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. The whole house is very nice.
