The unit was cosy and well-designed. Perfect for a short getaway. We booked last minute and were so grateful for how smooth everything was. Waking up to the sounds of local wildlife made it feel like a peaceful retreat. A charming spot with everything we needed, set in a beautiful, natural setting.

I could not have been happier with the stay Lorraine and William provided. Everything was exactly I needed, and it ticked all the criteria I look for in an AirBNB. I would happily come back and pay for a second time.

We stayed at Vivien’s Rest for an extended stay while waiting for our house to be rebuilt after a house fire. The apartment was a real haven for us. The 1865 building at street level was charming, while the modern apartment interior was very functional with lots of light and delightful views of the surrounding area. The apartment was very comfortable with everything needed for a short or long stay. Lovely original artworks and indoor plants added to the general ambiance of this upmarket accommodation. The free wifi was also a real bonus. We enjoyed the large bathroom and comfortable bedrooms as well as the fully kitted out kitchen to cook our own meals. As well the location is minutes from the centre of town and only a short walk to some great restaurants and cafes and the historic Theatre Royal. Juliet was a real gem. She is a very thoughtful and accommodating host who responded very quickly to all requests. I would highly recommend this delightful apartment.

Cute set up for a quick stay. 3 bedrooms with ensuites and a little common area. Clean and fresh sheets. The restaurant downstairs was lovely and it’s a walk to every thing. And the locals are very friendly.

Amanda is a wonderful host, very friendly, quick to respond to any questions I had and happily gave me helpful local travel advice. Great location and a good basic apartment. Easy walk to the lake which is beautiful and cafes too. It was a great spot to stay for the Ballarat marathon. Nicole was really helpful and communicated well regarding any issues or questions we had.

My priority was that it was a great location for visiting family in the area, but it is also easy walking distance to a few restaurants, great coffee shops, supermarket and getting the train or the tram into the centre of Melbourne to explore the City. The apartment is very well equipped and to a high standard. There is a washing machine and the apartment is warm so if you need to wash clothes they dry quickly on the airer's provided. Could not fault the apartment at all and excellent communication with Rose at all times.

Apartment packs a lot in including a full kitchen with dishwasher and clothes washer. Good size for singles or couples. Quiet during the night. Located in an up and coming neighborhood. Walking 15-20 minutes offers a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Patrick is a great host. I recommend this apartment.

We were able to find the lockbox and building easily thanks to John’s instructions. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). The apartment was impeccably clean and had all the amenities provided which was really helpful. We loved the location with shops and cafes being a walk across the road. Would highly recommend 👍

I lived in Port Melbourne and nearby years ago so it was wonderful to be back. The apartment was perfectly located, just beside the promenade, handy for those morning walks, strolls, runs, and super for a nothing walk on to the beach for yoga or a dip. The main street was a few min walk for cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets and shops. We also got a week pass for the South Pacific Health Club Gym. A really good gym, great views, only a 3 min walk, reasonably priced, 24/7, and very friendly. The 109 tram is again a few min walk. So handy for South Melbourne Market, The CBD, or the Australian Open. The apartment itself is really well decorated and kitted out. A sense of openness and yes beautiful views. Such a bonus to have the shared pool too.

A beautiful and clean place to stay. There are plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies which exceeded our expectations. The location is convenient too - it’s easy to go to different places with just a few minutes walk to the metro station. The car park is easily accessible too.

The place is easy to access, with many restaurants nearby. The house is very clean, tidy and well organised. Feel like at home. It’s even better than the photos.

A wonderful 2 bed apartment, with wonderful grounds and everything you need in walking distance. Also beautiful views especially at night. I definitely recommend it.

An absolutely beautiful place in a great location! The apartment was gorgeous and decorated perfectly…. The beds could not be more comfortable. They literally thought of every detail! The host was super communicative and provided great details for check in and check out. I only wish we had more time to stay!

Was a lovely place, area was clean and had lots of supplies to use, video instructions were super helpful. Only thing is, I would have preferred 2 keys as it is a 2 bedroom place but otherwise everything was perfect

We had a fabulous stay at Sailors Falls Estate! Margaret and Robert were so helpful and the villa was very comfortable. We found the nearby Daylesford attractions easy to get to but also enjoyed relaxing at the villa with a lovely wine from the cellar door!

Slip into a blissful oasis like paradise.. My second time staying at Sammy’s, it was as amazing as my first stay! Sammy goes above and beyond as a host, truly makes your stay so pleasant having such a wonderful host. There is so much to do in this air BnB. It’s an introverts dream! You have everything you need could need or want. The best sleep in Melbourne. Each time I’ve stayed I’ve had a gorgeous sleep. Comforting atmosphere, relaxing.. Thankyou once again, looking forward to many more stays ✨

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect for my ice hockey tournament—super convenient and easy to get around. Jamile was lovely and very responsive, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The place itself was amazing—clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Great apartment in Docklands. had a lovely stay, exceptionally clean, well stocked and comfortable. checkin was easy to navigate and the location was right next to the tram stop in the free tram zone. Would certainly stay again. cheers

A really great location in the centre of Daylesford - an easy walk to the main shops and out to the market, which was perfect for us. Parking round the back was excellent too, with plenty of room.
