My place is conveniently less than 10 minutes from the airport and downtown. It has two floors and can be rented as two separate/private apartments or as a whole home. This is the whole home listing. You'll have the entire driveway (up to 4 cars). It has two kitchens, two living rooms, and two laundries.

We have a private space for our guests with up to 3 bedrooms and 5 beds, full bath, work/desk area, laundry, kitchenette, dining area, family room with tv area and fireplace, foosball, Infinity game table, and lots of board games. Additional charge of $10 per adult and/or child after the first guest to cover the other beds/bedrooms. Fully licensed and all safety inspections. Book our place only if it meets all your needs. Please read our description before booking! Basement apartment close to I-15. Gas oven and range, full fridge, and breakfast provided. Close to Hill Air Force Base! You can enjoy a nice, quiet evening at the fireplace, grill in the backyard, or check out what’s around (Hill Aerospace Museum, Antelope Island, Great Salt Lake, etc.). We are upgrading and updating the house as we can. The laundry room is in the basement, but separate from this apartment.
