Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers a coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Haystack Hideaway One Bedroom

This newly finished daylight basement apartment is a cozy, bright space. It features a private entrance and a large kitchen with counter seating and a living room area with smart TV and induction burner. We have several house pets on the property, so unfortunately, we cannot accept any guest pets. The space is accessible only by stairs due to its location on the property, but is a one level unit once inside. It's located 5 min from Whitworth University and 15 min from Downtown Spokane.

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. The Cottage at Dragonfly Meadows

The Cottage at Dragonfly Meadows is nestled quietly behind our primary residence. It is a quaint 700 sq ft studio apartment with all of the feels and amenities of home. The Cottage is located on a working farm with donkeys, horses, Highland cattle, chickens, and sweet guardian livestock dogs. If you love the quiet farm setting, this is the place for you. We are also located in proximity to BNSF train lines. If you love trains, this could be your perfect oasis.

Newly Remodeled Studio Loft with Prairie Views

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

Shop/House has 1 bedroom (upstairs) and loft space (upstairs), with pull out memory foam mattress. One full bath, located on main floor, with sauna. Cozy home, giving the feel of the outdoors with the comfort of home. (Please note that if you have mobility issues this may not be the house for you. All beds are upstairs, and the bathroom is downstairs)
