Holiday rentals with a pool in Davao City

Tom and Rose are perfect hosts. They take time to ensure that what we need are provided. They are responsive on our requests and offered us a flexible time for check out since our flight would still be late in the afternoon. We will definitely go back to their place. My fiance and I stayed here with her family and we had an excellent time! The location was perfect with the resort being within walking distance. The owner was even kind enough to greet us afterward and say hi!

We were stunned at the location. This is comparable to a private resort. we could not believe how impressive the location was for the price. Arno graciously picked us up from the port (airport pickup also available) and offered us the use of his car to drive around which was extremely helpful. The location is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with trees, plants and a pool. The compound is also self-sufficient with solar panels and harvested rainwater. the home itself was extremely modern, equipped with Wi-Fi and starlink for internet, beautiful bathroom, fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a bedroom with an amazing view of the garden. In the centre of the garden is a large area for dining and socialising. the buildings are named after the planets and have architecture Which is thematic for the buildings. this is the best Airbnb we have ever been to and it was like being part of the family. Thank you Arno and family. we will definitely visit again.

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Clarity was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

We were met at the home by very helpful and pleasant relatives of the host. House was perfect, and as stated very close to the airport. There is a water park a very short drive away that our family enjoyed. All rooms have Aircon that work perfectly! The home is in a gated community, so there was a short walk to get outside the property to get a ride, but wasn’t bad. We would definitely say again!

Ate Bing’s place was our home for two weeks and it felt like it was our own. Ate Bing was very helpful with our queries and very responsive when we requested something for the house (very accommodating). The very vibrant personality made us feel very welcome. The house was surprisingly very big and clean that we are in awwe when we arrived. The place is good for family gatherings which is why we chose the place. The Pool area was well maintained and clean.. picture worthy especially during the night.☺️ will definitely book again for our next vacay! Thank you Ate Bing!

Ms. Rhea was extremely considerate, responsive, and accommodating. Same can be said to Kuya Weng, a reliable caretaker who was always nearby and helping us with our requests. This made our group's stay very pleasant and smooth. Just some highlights to mention: - The home itself is lovely, clean, and well maintained. - There are ACs in every room, including the sala, which made our stay very cool and comfortable even with this summer heat - You can also do your laundry for a small fee per load, convenient for longer stays. - As for getting around, Grabs were very easy to book within the area and the place is only 8 minutes from the airport. - Kuya Weng is a MVP, assisting us throughout our stay Based on our experience, I highly recommend this place for big groups! We really enjoyed our stay in Davao :)

I loved my stay here. The place was clean,so peaceful that you can't hear any traffic outside (perfect for readers) and the host was very responsive. Everything was accurate as defined in their description. It's definitely a place where you can relax and it felt like home. Also, maybe you can add some biscuits in your food counter next time 😊
