Holiday rentals with a patio in Davao City

This was our first Airbnb experience and we really liked our stay here. We are surely going back to this place if time permits. The kids really liked it especially the pool and playground. It was a great and memorable experience especially the kids. Core memory to our family ❤️

For the second time, I truly enjoyed my stay here! 💗 The place is just as lovely and cozy as I remembered—clean, comfortable, and with such a welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. Friendly and accommodating host. Place generally clean. Few issues like there's no soap and shampoo but this is very minor. I think I will have no issue staying at this place again.

It was a great place to stay. All the things we need are provided except for the tissue which is one of the most important things for me when going in a condo or hotel. But overall, I like the place. I felt comfortable.

I had a great stay at Mylene’s Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Mylene was a very accommodating and responsive host, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location was convenient and safe, perfect for a relaxing getaway or even a work trip. We were stunned at the location. This is comparable to a private resort. we could not believe how impressive the location was for the price. Arno graciously picked us up from the port (airport pickup also available) and offered us the use of his car to drive around which was extremely helpful. The location is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with trees, plants and a pool. The compound is also self-sufficient with solar panels and harvested rainwater. the home itself was extremely modern, equipped with Wi-Fi and starlink for internet, beautiful bathroom, fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a bedroom with an amazing view of the garden. In the centre of the garden is a large area for dining and socialising. the buildings are named after the planets and have architecture Which is thematic for the buildings. this is the best Airbnb we have ever been to and it was like being part of the family. Thank you Arno and family. we will definitely visit again.

Vivian's place is pretty and comfortable house to stay in. She and Arnel the caretaker is very responsive and kind. The place is in safe and secure location, close to the airport, wet market and mall. Fully air-conditioned rooms, free wifi and netflix tv. You can cook too and microwave is handy as well. My family had a great time in their accommodation, except when it was raining there is a sewage smell which is also the community's problem. Thank you Viv and Arnel, we'll see you next time😊

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Clarity was an excellent host, responsive and attentive to our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!

Ate Bing’s place was our home for two weeks and it felt like it was our own. Ate Bing was very helpful with our queries and very responsive when we requested something for the house (very accommodating). The very vibrant personality made us feel very welcome. The house was surprisingly very big and clean that we are in awwe when we arrived. The place is good for family gatherings which is why we chose the place. The Pool area was well maintained and clean.. picture worthy especially during the night.☺️ will definitely book again for our next vacay! Thank you Ate Bing!

It's now my 3rd time booking Mil's place and he never failed. He is very responsive and he even talked to the tricycle driver to cleqrly give instructions when we couldn't. He's very hospitable in receiving us and have been very helpful.

We had a great stay! The room aircons were great at making the entire place cool including the common area. The 2 bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 5 persons. There are 2 sleeping bags for additional persons or if someone prefers to sleep on the floor. It feels cozy staying in the common area, watching Netflix after work. Cookingwares and dining set are available. It is closer to the Abreeza mall than SM Lanang.
