Fantastic villa perfect for large groups! We hosted a team-building retreat with 28 people and had an amazing experience. Spacious, clean, and well-equipped with great common areas for bonding and activities. The host was very responsive and accommodating, thank you sir Mico! Highly recommended for corporate getaways!

Thanks Kathryn for letting us enjoy your beautiful home! It was such a nice time to enjoy with friends now that we have our babies. There were plenty of things to do for the young ones and adult - karaoke, barbecue facilities, and swimming pool. The pool has nice views of the mountain and the kid’s pool was relaxingly warm. Kathryn was an extremely great host. Very prompt to respond. We were also given a nice token of aloe vera plant to take home. Overall, I would recommend staying at Casa Erika! We will definitely be back again ✨

Thank you for being a great host and for welcoming us in the farm. The farm was everything that we’re expecting and more. Special mention to the three welcoming gentlemen (Amiel, Ilong, and manong whose name I forgot to ask) who were all very approachable and kind to assist us when we needed help. The house that we stayed in was very lovely and just right for us. My family enjoyed our peace and quiet stay that we found at the farm, especially my mom who celebrated her 63rd birthday over the weekend. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and incredibly family-friendly. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating, making sure every stay is smooth and relaxing. One of the things we love most is how kid-friendly the entire place is. There’s a safe and spacious play area, a shallow pool for the little ones, and even fun family activities that everyone can enjoy. It’s the kind of place where kids can just be kids—and parents can actually unwind! The resort strikes the perfect balance between comfort and privacy, with clean, cozy accommodations and lush surroundings. Whether we’re lounging by the pool, enjoying a picnic under the trees, or just relaxing in our villa, it always feels like a true vacation. Our stay at Prive Luxe Villa was absolutely delightful. We especially appreciated that it's pet-friendly. The villa is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The staff were friendly and responsive. The jacuzzi was a fantastic touch that added to the overall relaxation. Highly recommend!

The place was so nice and really great for a big family/group. All Nipa hut was so amazing and very accommodating, very clean feels like home. Host was so responsive on the messages. The care taker of the place was so nice. No regret will come again to this place.

Had a great and relaxing 3D2N stay at Hazel's listing. The whole place was clean with really good beds & pillows. We had everything we needed to cook and grill from the utensils, stove, griller, ice maker and purified water. ACs worked so well, the place was cold. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was really helpful since we were a big family. They also have two pools which was surprisingly warm. It rained one afternoon while we were swimming so we were very happy we could continue comfortably swimming! Cellular signal is good which was great since the bedroom downstairs in front of the main pool doesn't reach the wifi but wasn't really a problem for us. We just also didn't get to use the entertainment room that much since it was raining a few times during our stay and we had to walk a few steps up. Overall, we definitely recommend this place. Can't wait to be back with my family. Thank you so much, Hazel and team! :)

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

We had a family outing in Casa Zacharías & let me tell you, it was exactly as you see in the picture. I didn’t expect the pool to be bigger on site than it was on the photo. Everything was aesthetically pleasing to the eye, the rooms were spacious, with cold air conditioning & we overall enjoyed our stay, adults & kids alike. Ms. Diana was very responsive & kind to my questions and I’m also pleased with the caretaker ate Elvie. Every time we needed assistance she was there to ensure everything is alright and that we got the help we needed. We will definitely come back!

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

We were seeking a serene and picturesque getaway and we found one in Batangas, the Cliffhouse in Nasugbu offers an exceptional relaxation space away from the busy life in the metro. This villa provides breathtaking ocean views, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The rooms are very clean and well designed. They have kitchen, swimming pool, karaoke and other useful amenities. The location is 10 minutes away from Bag of Beans Main Branch.

The place is very spacious and feels like home. The host is responsive to all our needs and we are grateful for that. We like the bedrooms and the beddings as it gave us a homey feel. The pool does not smell chlorine so we enjoyed it. The karaoke is also great - we used it for the most part. We really loved the place. It was indeed a wonderful quick getaway. We appreciate how responsive the host was even when we booked the place late.

If you're looking for a place to create beautiful memories, look no further than R Villas. This is our favorite place in Tagaytay to hold family events and gatherings! Lovely villa with lots of space and beautiful, quiet surroundings. Our caretaker Kuya Carly was very helpful and accomodating of our requests. The swimming pool was a beautiful upgrade! Thank you for having us and hoping to stay and visit again in the future.

What I love: - visitors were allowed to come - the space looks like an art gallery, probably the collections were displayed. It is entertaining to see interesting small things - cool even if it is summer and no aircon - plants and garden view - dipping pool- very relaxing - extra 2 small bedrooms near the pool - very accommodating and friendly butler - kuya Edong - deal breaker, super attentive, he offers help even if we don’t even know what we want yet - free breakfast!! Best things in life is free - WiFi available - homey tlg sya What I recommend to get better, but it is okay even without - an outdoor shower for the pool - or a separate toilet for the outdoor space because we have to go back up to do our business - water pressure is not as strong - but my friend told us that the municipality of Amadeo has low water pressure and supply is not as efficient- so this part - the host has no control. I will definitely recommend this place to others and rebook -
