Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Darwin City

our stay here was very enjoyable, Mafuz is a great host and was able to accommodate my check-in/out requests. the house is much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. very comfortable beds. clean and spacious living and kitchen areas . with full amenities. good size swimming pool. outside dining and BBQ area. and for us being a musical family, the piano keyboard and karaoke was a very welcome surprise and in constant use. We only stayed for one night and kept to ourselves, but Jeanette and Matt were very friendly. Stuart Park was a peaceful suburb, conveniently close to the Mindil markets. The house was beautiful and spotless!

luxury holidays were always contactable if I needed anything. Everyone I talked to on the phone from booking to after my holiday were always polite and extremely helpful. location of Darwin city lights was easy assessable and great views

Amazing location with beautiful sunsets! Watch the sun go down from the patio or join the locals and have drinks and nibblies on the grassed public area in front of villa. Bike paths make it easy to access Military Museum, Museum & Art Gallery, Mindel Beach markets, sunset at Ski Club, Casino and all the city sights. We hired electric bikes for the week from Phil at Bicycle Fix. Great restaurants within walking distance. The Villa was well appointed with absolutely everything you need for your stay and many surprise items that are not found at other homes (ie. fishing rods, kayaks, staple pantry and laundry items). Thanks for the special local gifts. Comfortable beds and relaxed furniture. Perfect for our annual adult family holiday (8 adults) with plenty of different areas to come together or have your own space. Thanks for sharing your home with us Justine and making our holiday in Darwin memorable. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Trang's place was just what we needed. We were after having a point in Darwin that would allow us to use a location to access some of the national parks for the day and also, a place that was close enough to the city. Trang was very proactive, offering good suggestions to us and ensuring we had all what we needed. The house had all the important things, and also very good air conditioning set up (something important for the ones wanting to rest from the heat/humidity). Trang and family were very accomodating, kind and we felt they cared about us.

Very nice place to stay. Close to town, retaurants and other services. The place was clean although we were unable to locate a broom.

We loved our stay, it was like a home away from home. Everything we could possibly need was there, from body wash, shampoo and conditioner, washing powder… everything was thought of. So many towels for inside and the pool, plenty of cutlery and crockery. I can’t fault it. If we return as a family of five it will be top of our list. Jodie was quick to respond at all times. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This is a fabulous home to holiday in with so much space, a brilliant kitchen and amazing outdoor entertaining with BBQ area. The pool has great views of the marina. Everything is so close, but felt like you’re in the safest part of town. Also, Dany has her finger on the pulse with best things to do in Darwin and suggested some amazing things to do. I have to say, after sweltering in 36 degrees for most of the days, the home cinema was such a hit not just with us but with our boys too. The hosts are exceptionally responsive and nothing is a bother. We’ll be back!

Great location close to saltwater pool, restaurants, deck chair cinema and the city. Quiet, comfortable, clean and stylish apartment. Highly recommended!

My colleagues stayed at Richards unit during the NTCA Conference. They loved it, great location and close to the conference. Richard provided easy to understand check in instructions and was a pleasure to deal with.

Great Airbnb to stay, area was perfect to relax, felt very secure. Had a little difficulty finding key but Dean sorted out very quickly, no trouble in helping us , thank you Only recommendation would be at least another tea towel & bath mat. Recommend especially for families as the swimming lagoon is right outside the entrance. Enjoy stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Buena Vista. Great location, well appointed and with an amazing outlook. The restaurant options are plentiful just nearby and the sunrises are spectacular. We’ll be back.

We had an amazing holiday staying at the Darwin Waterfront - location is absolutely perfect. Jeannie is a fantastic host that goes above and beyond to ensure your holiday is perfect. I would definitely book through her again.

Louisa's apartment was amazing. It was clean and spacious with well appointed decor. Every little thing was there from shopping bags to clothes airers. It exceeded expectations. There was even cheese, biscuits and strawberries waiting for us in the fridge which was just what we needed on arrival. Louisa was lovely and so easy to get along with. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

David's place was a perfect base for our long weekend in Darwin. Loved the bread, milk etc on arrival; lovely clean sheets and towels; aircon, fans, laundry facilities. It all made for a lovely, comfy stay. We could walk into town easily, and down to the waterfront. David was fantastic with communication and flexible with check out times etc. Hopefully we'll be back soon!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful property. The location is perfect, easily walkable to all the main attractions but tucked away in a quiet and peaceful cul de sac. Great gym and yoga studio a few doors down, and easy walk to waterfront, wave pool, amazing restaurants, small bars and all that Darwin has to offer. The apartment has everything you need, every little detail has been well thought out. Beds are very comfortable and the apartment is spacious and bright. Also great iconic Darwin view from the balcony, and we appreciated the pool for those hot afternoons. Lorna was a friendly and responsive host, we will be back !

Kate and Simon were delightful hosts! So warm, welcoming and friendly! The place was fantastic - great location and amenities including a pool and the room and furnishings were lovely. Kate has impeccable taste! I really enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend!

A wonderful, comfortable and well equipped apartment close to great restaurants. Jodie was so communicative and helpful at every turn. A great spot.

Location of the property was ideal, having all the eateries a plus, the Lagoon and Wave Pool close by, as well as the Wharf Precinct. Would like to see a cleaner balcony for our next visit. Overall the accommodation was lovely, if it wasn't for the 4pm check in time we would have rated our experience 4 1/2 stars.

Cassandra's place was amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony. It was spacious and had everything with needed. Cassandra was also very helpful and responded right away if we had questions. She gave really clear instructions on how to get in which is so important when you're travelling. You just want it to be easy. I would definitely recommend staying here. It's close to all the restaurants and downtown area.

Hi Kerri-Ann Thank you for your kind hospitality. The bacon, eggs, milk, butter and bread were a really nice touch! After a long flight we were really grateful that we had something for breakfast the next day without having to leave the unit ! We loved the unit and will definitely stay again.
