Apartment in good location and clean . Guarded parking is not very far from the apartment . Hosts are responsive and helpful . I would recommend the place . Only small problem but which will be resolved soon I think because the residence is still under construction is that in the apartment there are no networks and the wifi was in the process of installation.

A wonderful place to stay where we felt completely comfortable from the first moment. The apartment was sparkling clean, tasteful and furnished with a lot of love for detail – ideal also for families. The jacuzzi was a real highlight and provided special moments of relaxation. The quiet location, the friendly surroundings as well as the proximity to the sea, cafes and restaurants have perfectly rounded off the stay. Particularly warm was the welcome with fresh fruit, water and little touches – a beautiful touch that immediately gave a good feeling. The furnishings also leave nothing to be desired: a smart TV and the atmospheric lighting have created a cozy atmosphere. You can tell that everything has been thought of here – down to the last detail. The communication with the host was excellent: fast, warm, and always helpful. For every question, we could count on a direct and friendly response. Thanks for everything!

We were deeply touched by the hosting of the owners. Their generosity embodies the legendary Algerian hospitality. We immediately felt at home thanks to their kindness. The house is a haven of peace. It is spacious and bright. Its decoration combines with tradition and modernity. Each room invites you to relax. The private pool is pure bliss. We spent peaceful hours there refreshing. Tlemcen's sun was there. In addition, the city amazed us by its cultural richness. Its historic monuments are fascinating. The medina is alive and quaint. In addition, the villa is ideally located to explore these treasures. We strongly recommend this authentic experience.

Very nice place perfect for people who want to enjoy your privacy. A large pool with plenty of seating and sunbathing facilities. A very nice equipped kitchen. Most recently, there was still disagreement with the owner, but it worked out well due to very good communication on both sides.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Marsa Ben Mehdi! The apartment is very clean, well maintained and air-conditioned, which makes the stay super comfortable, especially with the heat. The location is really great: 5 minutes' walk from the beach and close to shops, you can do everything easily without a car. A big thank you also to the hotel staff, who are incredibly kind! Always smiling, available, and ready to help. We feel really welcome. Frankly, I recommend this place with my eyes closed.

Rafik and his nephew Abdel Nacer were above our expectations, first of all Rafik was exceptionally kind, friendly, facilitator and accommodating from start to finish, exceptional host Ma Chaa Allah (May the Blessing of Allah be upon him) Then we were taken care of by his nephew Abdel Nacer, what to say: a pearl, a honey, a beautiful soul MA CHAA ALLAH, he took care of everything for us and each of our requests he was above the normal responsiveness, this as soon as we arrived he was waiting for us by moving where we were and took us step by step to the villa, and even that at one point we had no electric current, he did in 5 minutes in such a way that the electric current comes back and more, never again an outage MA CHAA ALLAH, he was looking for our news, it was like in real parents no doubt!! it's touching!
