Zannas place was amazing! The grounds are well maintained, clean and absolutely beautiful, you’ll feel like you’re staying at your own private resort. Each guest in my group truly enjoyed themselves. The layout of the property allows for privacy and an interactive atmosphere at the same time. Zanna’s staff and brother were very helpful with helping my group get around. Whether it was directing us to the market for groceries, ATMs, ordering Bolts, the closest hookah bar or even where to get late night pizza after an outing, we were safe and in good hands. I would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you’re looking to immerse yourself in the local culture but have a sense of a getaway at the same time. 10/10, we all agreed that we’ll be back during our next trip to Dar es Salaam. Great place to stay while vacationing in Dar es Salaam. Easy check in and Care taker Malaki was always available for any question. Definitely I am recommending this place.

We had a lovely night's stay at Villa Cheka- a charming and secluded house. it was the perfect getaway, with beautiful views from the balcony and a super cute pool that we really enjoyed. The home had plenty of good amenities. We will definitely come back. Next time for at least 2 nights!

My first stay in Dar es Salaam, I found this home to have everything I needed, it is close to shops and restaurants, I would recommend having a car or scooter to get around. The pool was awesome and bed was comfortable.

I had a lovely stay at Victors place. He welcomed me with some amazing pilau to which I really enjoyed. Communication is quick and easy, Victor is also very friendly and a wonderful host. I will definitely be back whenever I’m in Dar.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay, thanks in no small part to Haika, who was a truly wonderful host! She was extremely responsive, providing timely information that made our arrival and stay seamless. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and truly made us feel right at home the moment we walked in. Every amenity was exactly as advertised, exceeding our expectations. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Dar. Highly recommend!

Nice place, clean, as pictured and convenient location. Especially liked sitting at the little table to do some work with the breeze coming in through the big windows.

We felt at home at Frank & Hilda’ a place. Very beautiful and spacious house, easy access to different parts of Dar Es Salaam. They were friendly and helpful. They organised the car for us to help us with the easy access while in Dar es salaam. We do recommend this place very much.

The place was amazing as described in the photos. The host was amazing and very helpful. The place is near the main road and easy to find. The place was meticulously clean. And the house has all the amenities of a 4 star hotel.

We stayed at the place for 2 weeks in May 2025, it was really great and it felt so much at home. The responsiveness and friendliness of the host was the best, it made our stay easy and relaxing. The location was very good for us as we needed to go to town and other parts of Dar es Salaam often. Among the airbnb's we've stayed in different countries, this was the best in terms of customer service and relaxing environment. Peace and security was another thing we liked a lot, and also extra services like Netflix, very good WiFi. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Dar for business or leisure and wishing to stay close to local surroundings, of course this is not luxury hotel quality and its not meant to be that but its the best "home-like" local environment and best customer service money can buy.

Aneth is nice host with who i had easy communication with. Upon arrival her mom even guided us to local supermarket and restaurant which we really appreciated. House is ok, but there are some things for improvement: remote controller of air conditioner wasn't in home and when i switched it on power socket it just blowed warm air inside. Wi-fi was sometimes unstable, and connection speed was just 2 Mbps. Clothes washing machine was outside in garden. Had problems with entry door opening qnd closing because carpet was blocking door. Other than that, it was nice experience

Rebooked this property and it’s really nice and cozy! Definitely recommend it’s in a very nice are close to shops and other necessities too.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in on air bnb since being in Tanzania. Good value for the money. The decor is great, and location is convenient if you want to be close to the airport. Even outside the lodging is decent, with the complex itself being new. Overall great place
