Andreas place is great. Extremely clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay in lake como. The view is stunning. It’s also in a good location. Great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only thing to note is dervio is a 15/20min walk for the nearest trains and busses which we didn’t mind as enjoy walking.

Everything went very well, Lola welcomed and accompanied us, the contact went very well. The village is beautiful and the location of the apartment by the water is very relaxing. The small terrace overlooking the sea was very pleasant. We hope to be back very soon.

An exceptional place with an incredible view! This apartment is simply magical. After a day exploring the wonders around Lake Como, it was a real pleasure to return to this warm cocoon. The view is breathtaking, and the atmosphere of the place is peaceful and rejuvenating. We were greeted with great kindness and generosity, which made our stay even more special. Frankly, we didn't want to leave! An unforgettable experience in a unique place.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

We immediately felt very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, although we preferred to eat in the beautiful restaurants just around the corner. But the best thing would be the two terraces, the view of the sea and the swimming area, simply indescribable. A glass of wine in the evening and watching the sunset, watching the ships and letting the day end, wonderful. We will definitely come back next year, as we still have a lot to discover!

Incredibly beautiful! The house has everything you need. Above all, it is very clean. The terrace and the view of the sea are unique. Communication is very friendly, straightforward and fast. But the location is unbeatable. You only go a few steps from the accommodation and you are at the sea and all to yourself. You are not forced to interact with others here. However, if you have any questions, you can always contact the host's very courteous father. (Lives in the next house). If you are looking for a quiet vacation, without crowds, with great views, this is definitely the right place. Absolute recommendation!

Great host. Great area. Great price. Everything was incredible. Jovan gave many great suggestions for places to eat, party in the local area, he even gave us his friend's number if we needed a lift. He was very responsive too!!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay. Verena and her partner were very attentive and we felt at home. We had plenty to do to keep our selfs busy and we relaxed by the pool. I recommend this for anyone that wants a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature and tranquility.

Daniela is a great host! She even took over our restaurant reservations with great recommendations! The view is really priceless. Unfortunately, the swimming pool or the people living there are a little lively, but Daniela can't do anything about that. Facility super well maintained and apartment perfectly equipped! We will be back!

Amazing host and a breathtaking view. Too bad we couldn't use the pool due to cold windy weather but had an amazing time with family and kids. with only 10 min drive to local attractions and ferry. I would highly recommend this Michele and his property.

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! The place was great. Contact was very good. Check-in/check-out hassle-free. The location is great, 1 min to the sea with beautiful clear water. Minor “issues” were resolved right away. For example, the gas bottle for grilling was empty, we immediately got a new one the next day. Great! It was a pity that the awning was missing on the terrace, so it was very warm there during the day, so we put an umbrella from the pool on the terrace. It was also a pity that (as I think) the cleaning ladies really dispose of everything or take it with them. As a result, the kitchen is completely empty. No spices, no oil/vinegar, no pepper/salt….. Normally, I am used to the kitchen having a small basic equipment, or unused food from the previous owner remaining in the apartment. No reason to deduct a star for that :)! Maybe a suggestion for improvement for the future. Still 10/10. Thank you!

We have rarely arrived on vacation so quickly from the stressful workday as we did here. The property is incredibly beautiful and painstakingly laid out, the pool house and outdoor kitchen are equipped to a high standard, the swimming pond is more than generous and the view of the countryside for miles around is simply breathtaking. It doesn't feel like sterile guest accommodation, but like a really relaxing home. Deniza and Martin are warm-hearted people who make you feel comfortable, trusted and welcome from the first encounter. Thank you for the great hospitality - we are already looking forward to the next time!

The penthouse was an incredible experience. Stefano was a wonderful host from the second we booked his lovely home. He was attentive, thoughtful, helpful, and very caring. The house was extremely clean and in the best location! Seconds away from the beach and numerous restaurants, what more could you ask for?! He also booked us a wine tasting, if you have time I highly recommend checking it out! We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He is an expert when it comes to Fano and the surrounding areas, he really makes you feel welcomed and at home. I would highly recommend booking this airbnb. Wow! What an amazing experience! Mario greeted us personally, walked us through the apartment, and showed us how everything worked. He even left us some goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch—especially after a long day of travel when we were so hungry. Waking up to the fresh ocean breeze on our faces and the sound of crashing waves was absolutely magical. The photos matched the listing perfectly, and the place was spotless! We cooked a lot during our stay and found the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Mario is a truly wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. It's such a comfort when traveling to know you're in good hands.He even called a taxi for our early checkout, which was a big help. Highly recommend staying here—Mario really knows how to make you feel at home in his beautiful Airbnb.

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

Cinque Terre was so lovely and magnificent that it matched Vittoria and Guiseppina! This place was so wonderful and spacious, perfect for our family of four. It’s tucked a tiny bit back from the main entrance of Riomaggiore so you get a view of the town and the port. And the view!! OMG, what dreams are made of. We used the terrace everyday; you soak in all of the goodness around you. As for the inside, it was so perfectly decorated and had everything we needed to make a small breakfast of eggs/toast/pancetta. We selfishly drank all of the coffee pods she left us, it was so delicious. She also left us crisps, cookies, candies, jams, and a bottle of wine (but we are not drinkers, thank you anyway!) We drove and they reserved a parking spot for us in town and walked us to the apartment. First class service if you ask me! The restaurant directly across was stellar, book in advance. You won’t regret your stay here and you won’t find nicer ladies to host you. Grazie mille!

My husband and I spent several days here because we wanted to take a break from our busy life and the big city we live in, and our rest was a success! The house is very clean, cute and comfortable, the owner of this place is very friendly, hospitable and helpful. The outdoor kitchen is 10/10! We would be very happy to come here again one day.
