Situated upon the hills of Mavromati, the newly built villa has a stunning view over the sea, beaches and the beautiful landscape of south Zakynthos. The area is surrounded by charming olive groves and within 10 minutes walk to beaches, restaurants, bars, shops and markets. By car, Airport and Zakynthos town is only 15 minutes away. Villa Polyxeni is a high standard modern villa, with a unique concept of a courtyard with a 20 meter swimming pool and large jacuzzi, lining the kitchen, dining and living areas. A shallow part of the swimming pool includes queen size sun beds facing the sea and creates a perfect place for children to play. The surrounding green trees and plants in the garden enfolds the area making the feeling of a protected, luxurious and relaxing oasis, perfect for just chilling. As a self-catering villa, everything is included that is needed for a perfect stay. Wifi, SmartTV in all bedrooms plus living room, cooling and heating system, all bathrooms equipped with electrical floor heating during colder times of the year, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer and coffee machine are included. BBQ area is just outside the kitchen. Outdoor shower is situated next to the swimming pool. The villa of 350 square meters includes 5 spacious bedrooms with queens beds and ensuite bathrooms. Children's cot and extra beds can be added on request. Shaded double parking next to the villa. All linen and towels for both shower and swimming pool are included and changed every 3rd day of stay. VIP Transfer included from and to airport on arrival and departure date. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Pets are not allowed. - No smoking indoors. - On request for special Parties and Events - An extra security deposit of 300 euros per person for ages between 18 to 25 years old. This amount will be returned at the check-out if no damage or loss has occurred at the property.

We stayed at this amazing villa in Zante as a group of 12, it was one of the best trips we’ve ever had as a group. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was super spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for a big group like ours. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the outdoor pool area was perfect for hanging out. One of the absolute highlights was the hospitality of the owners. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. One night, the owner even helped us fire up the grill and stayed with us to help cook. He brought such good energy and made the night unforgettable. The whole family was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They even organized transportation for us whenever we needed it, which made getting around so much easier. Location-wise, the villa is in a sweet spot not too far from the action, but peaceful enough to relax.

I truly feel blessed to have had the luck to host one of the most important events of my life in one of the most beautiful villas in Zakynthos. At first, I just wanted a simple travel wedding like a small place to hold the ceremony. But when I arrived here, the professionalism of Dion’s team and the patience of the guides made me feel that this trip was absolutely worth it.The scenery and well equipped facilities speak for themselves. There are also delicious restaurants nearby, places to visit olive groves, and it’s very convenient to drive around and enjoy the sea views. What’s even more impressive is that every detail of this villa is carefully looked after not just by Dion’s team but even by the cleaning staff. Believe me, if you choose to vacation or hold an event here, what you’ll have is not just a place, but a whole experience full of thoughtful and heartwarming service. Nikos’ place was such a beautiful villa in a great location, the pool was great and cleaned regularly. There were plenty of shops and restaurants all within walking distance as well as beautiful Kalamaki beach. Nikos was very helpful and the villa was very clean with all the necessary facilities. Our host Chris is wonderful. He and his wife were very friendly. U could see that they really prioritised us feeling like home. If you are a family with kids this is a great house to stay. No stairs and a big area to play in. Even toys for our daughter was available. House is very clean and has a modern design. We truly loved everything’s and will definitely come again .

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 9 days. The owners were very friendly and helpful. No issues when we broke a mug and we were offered a ride home from the nearby supermarket by the owner when our groceries were too heavy. Overall a great place. Glad we found it.
